The woman who checked me in was wonderful. So friendly and helpful! The door to the back of the building I was staying in didn't work, so I had to walk all the way around.

Location and price There were little bugs crawling around the bathtub drain when we arrived, very small bathroom, could have been cleaner, older property, didn’t seem like 3 star hotel, doors to outside were propped open making all the room doors accessible from outside like a motel, breakfast was very minimal and generally lacking.

We ate at 8:30 and they were out of a lot of stuff and no one there to replace it ! So me and my wife had to go elsewhere to eat! No breakfast!

What you first see it appears clean, however it is not Coffee machine was broken, the charging stations in the room did not work and the direct tv provided did not work.

Great location for our trip. Easy in and out. The pillows were not really comfortable. It took two to settle in and one in our party used a folded towel with their pillow.

I didn't like that fact that when reservations were made, the option to pay at the property was what I chose. That in fact was not the case. Oh, and Booking.com doesn't mention that there is also a $25 deposit that is required.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Easy to get to from I-77 and back on. Friendly staff. Toilet didn't work.

Our rooms were in 2 completely different buildings. People slamming doors all hours of the night. We were woken up to a woman banging on our door yelling "Help! I need fucking help!" We called the front desk twice, first time there was no answer, the second time the attendant answered but he didnt care. Before we were getting ready to leave the woman again was banging and yelling I need help.

Comfortable bed. Ac worked well. Good breakfast. Simple check in . Nice views. Right by interstate but quiet. Property was old. Three separate buildings on a hill. The room smelled very musty. Sliding door permanently closed to tiny patio. This was a good safety measure? Mold in shower tiles. Tv did not work..

Breakfast the next morning had a large eating area and enough selection. Going out for dinner, I went to the Peking Restaurant which was close by. Had to be the most efficient dining experience I’ve ever had.
