Very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was fantastic and a/c was quiet. Kinda noisy being along highway.

This was our second stay at this property and this time we had the fortune of meeting Parker. Our car broke down and we were stranded in Wytheville and he was our savior - he went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Parker was one of many kind and thoughtful staff but he was the diamond in their property’s crown. This was our second stay so we knew the property is clean, very well managed, excellent modern rooms, great facilities and friendly staff, but we never expected this level of service. We can’t thank Parker and Tru by Hilton enough and we will be sure to be back ☺️

The staff were all really nice. Parker was the first person we encountered and boy was he helpful and soooooo nice. We enjoyed our stay there. We will always stay here when we are in the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself was just ok. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were flat. Not worth the price I paid.

Room was nice and clean. Pool was nice wasn’t as warm as I thought but still enjoyed it. The rooms weren’t sound proof. We could hear the people above us until late and again very very early in the morning.

The staff were very helpful. The location is convenient .And the room is super clean

Room was clean, staff was extremely helpful! The breakfast had something for everyone. Actually we joined their Honors program that the young man at the registration desk suggested to us. We booked a room again for our trip back home.

Everything was great about this stay. Food in the morning was great as well. I highly recommend and it was a great price on top of all that.

Nice hotel and very convenient. We appreciated the pet friendliness and it was a good choice for a stopping point on our journey.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was efficient and bed comfortable. I liked that there was liquid hand soap and other toiletries. The view from the room off trees and the mountains was gorgeous.

On July 6, my family and I stayed at this location. We booked through Booking.com based largely on the hotel's excellent cleanliness reviews. Unfortunately,that was not the case. assigned room 323, we found a significant amount of dog hair on both comforters, and while inspecting the bed, a black spider crawled across it. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to another room, which I appreciated, but our two young daughters were frightened and had difficulty sleeping afterward thinking there were bugs in the beds. While I understand the hotel is pet-friendly, dirty bedding and a musty-smelling room are unacceptable, especially for the $172 we paid for one night.The following morning, the front desk agent said he would contact Booking.com regarding a refund, nothing was done.
