The staff made our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond by helping us arrange and pay for taxi rides through the local apps, and they gave us wonderful recommendations for the best places to visit in Xi’an. Their local knowledge made our trip so much easier. The room was modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well designed. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the South Gate and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. Nothing. Wow! Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walking to Yongningman metro, South gate, and all the attractions of Xi’an. Included breakfast buffet, evening wonton, snacks, laundry etc. amazing value Wifi was slightly spotty

This hotel is very conveniently located near a subway and has great neighborhood cafes. The room itself is clean, breakfast decent and gives extra snacks or coffee. Some staff can speak English and if they were more confident to converse in English, would have been more welcoming to foreign visitors. But, all in all, they are very hospitable. We didn’t like the glass wall in the bathroom and toilet.

Location, cleanliness, design. Very comfortable room. The food is wonderful, breakfast and wonton soup at night. The personnel from the kitchen is very kind. I think people in charge from the reception could be more friendly, they are correct not making good efforts to communicate even with the translation apps. But the hotel is wonderful.
