Great value and location inside the Xi'an city wall. The three bedroom apartment was large and clean.

Unfortunately, the mark is the lowest as the hotel located at the street with bars and karaoke, music continues till 2-3 o’clock, it is impossible to sleep. There is no one info about it on the hotel description.

The position is fantastic. Right next to the wall, near the metro, round the corner from the Forest of Steles museum. Staff really helpful booked us taxis and arranged everything. A very lively district. We totally loved this place - it has lots of character. Great roof terrace with amazing view of wall. Very laid back! We were warned by the staff well in advance but this is in a really lively area so ask if you want a quieter room. You will still hear the live music a bit but nothing that ear plugs won’t solve.

Very noisy due to the bars down until midnight (we were already informed in advance about it).

But outside it's so loud that it's hard to sleep

A wonderful little hotel on a lively street and close to the big sights! The staff contacted me ahead of time to make sure my room would be suitable. When I arrived, they pointed out the highlights of the city and helped me plan out my time there. Everything was perfect!

Everything was excellent

Being in the old part of town and being an older building, there's a lot of dust in the area. Some corners were visibly dustier inside the unit - typically this wouldn't be an issue for us, but our crawling baby would venture to those. Not a major drawback, but just something worth mentioning.

The location was fabulous, inside the city walls. There was nothing much to eat in the main cafe, the apartment lacked any character was very plain and freezing cold.

The property was in a great location right by the South Gate in the city wall. They have a nice roof terrace you can sit in. The beds were comfy and the room clean. The area around the hotel is nice and can easily walk to the bell tower and Muslim quarter. There are some bats next to the hotel and you can hear a little music but it did not bother us and it stops at a reasonable hour.

The room is really nice and overall cleanliness is ok and some areas requires some dusting/ vacuum. Location is good with eatery and amenities within walking distance. Right next to the guest house are some pubs where you can grab a drink and chill.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious place. Did not get the room we ordered. Great photos on the site, but did not get that room. Felt like a downgrade.

It is really well located, and apartment(s) are moderns and spacious. Unfortunately noise from bars and street, dampened the positive experience (see below) Our first night we were in an apartment right on the street, with a bar below. Music exceptionally loud, and with 2 kids, not ideal. Complained, and staff were flexible and kind enough to try and find us either another apartment somewhere else, but ended up moving us to a different apartment a few doors down. It was better (from the noise), but not nearly as quiet as one would expect. Even just drunken people in the road at 2am or cars playing music outside, would wake you up if you’re a light sleeper or don’t have ear plugs. This is the only negative element amount the property. Everything else is really amazing. So if you’re planning on going for the location, and planning on only returning 00:00/01:00 yourself, the noise won’t affect you as much.

The hotel location is good. Easy to get to places. All rooms are located on the second floor with no elevator on site. But hotel staff are nice enough to help us carry our luggage to our rooms, unprompted. Hotel does not provide breakfast but there is a café on site. We were also given free room upgrade since we are a group of 3. Two separate bathrooms always better than one. Very noisy during the weekends from the pubs nearby. We couldn't get any restful sleep during our short stay. We can literally hear people shouting and speaking very loudly in the wee hours till the next morning. We were not able to do our laundry on site as well due to the poor condition of the washing machine with uncollected laundry left in the machine every time we visit. So we sort of gave up trying to wash our clothes.
