Everything about this hotel was spot on – but the best was the staff; they couldn't have been more helpful, especially Zachary in the reception area – he went above and beyond to ensure we navigated the language and the locations of sightseeing activities easily. I highly recommend this hotel. All was great.

Room is very clean and well equipped. Staff has been very nice and helpful. There is a metro station right beside the hotel which is very convenient. Unfortunately apart from that there seems nothing much around in general.

A beautiful hotel, perfect location, totally dissatisfied stay and mood ruined by the staff. When entering my room there were somebody else’s suitcase, clothes and other belongings, plus the TV was on. I don’t want to be harshly judgemental, I am sure that it could be a pleasant stay yet mine was ruined, it made me think that it is not safe at all. (I don’t know what really happened, but I got keys to an occupied room.) I was too afraid if somebody else can also enter my room at night or at any time. So I asked to refund my money and left immediately.
