As expected the facilities were top notch. The staff were incredible. Special mention to Ellene on the 27th floor who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Very minor but nowhere to set your own products in the shower.

Spacious and comfortable rooms and facilities with excellent interior designs and furnishings. Conscientious staff. Poor selection of wines and low quality in the Club Lounge. Not much better in the restaurant. I wound up buying my own bottle fo wine from the adjacent shopping mall.

I liked everything. The room is spacious, super well decorated and the bed mega comfortable. The view on the city is beautiful. Breakfast has so many options. The staff is super friendly. Location is great.

The best place to stay in Xian! Everything was perfect, and I did not want to leave the hotel. The decoration was super elegant, sophisticated, and of exquisite taste. The bedding, pillows, towels, and amenities were of fantastic quality. A super cozy but also practical sitting area, a good place to read, well lit, with windows from floor to ceiling. The room offered many details, like a walk-in closet, a tocador, and a lot of space to put things. It felt like home. For breakfast, there was an enormous variety of dishes from everywhere, with an outstanding service. At the lobby, they helped us arrange a guided tour to see the Terracotta Warriors, the guide was amazing. Try to go to the roof terrace, nice drinks and beautiful views. Everything was perfect! Would love to be back one day.

very good 5 star hotel - pool area is great, spa is superb, staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast is next level first room was a room where the last guest smoked. we got a second room next door and it also smelled like somebody smoked. maybe it is something in the interior?

The hotel was exceptional! Maybe not at the city centre with the wall but great location next to a metro line to the city! Everything else was perfect and I have no words for their staff that they did everything to accommodate me in the best possible way!

Very friendly staff. The 23rd floor executive service wonderful as I come back late sometimes after a full day sight seeing. Can drop in for a drink and some snacks to wind down
