Fantastic location right by the South Gate of the Old City. Clean, functional rooms and helpful staff with a good breakfast. Enjoyed using the gym! Hotel seemed overall like it had seen better days/needed some rejuvenation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire place was spotlessly clean, nice, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is excellent, central yet quiet, with everything you need within easy walking distance or a short ride away. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! We would happily stay here again. n/a

Convenient location for central attractions and metro (station just outside the door). Good breakfast There are hotel facilities like restaurants, sauna and gym, but they are hard to locate and look semi closed despite being open.

The air conditioner was blowing outside air instead of cooling, but staff kindly provided a fan.

Staff were very friendly. The security guard Trand was amazing help us to get direcciones and was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as well Location was amazing and the view from our room was beautiful

Location. Easy access to Metro Showing its age

The location - right next to the metro station and the Xi'an Wall. There was good variety at the breakfast. The room was quiet. Most of the rooms face into the large central atrium, with noise from the lobby below. A small number of rooms (in the corners of the hotel) are off the central atrium - they are more quiet. The staff always tried their best to be helpful, even though there was a language barrier. Smoking! People smoke in the lobby. People smoke in lifts. People smoke while waiting for lifts. People smoke right outside the gym. People smoke in the rooms. There was always a smell of cigarette smoke. I don't understand why the Chinese government and hotels can't get serious about fixing this.

Walking distance to the city wall. Train station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The gym facilities were good. The staff were very helpful. Some rooms in the hotel are smoking rooms, for those that are sensitive, be sure to book a non-smoking room.

Location is fantastic, the size of the rooms are amazing, beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and tasty.

The location is super and ask for room face city wall so y can enjoy light of city wall at night which is good. The hotel is old.
