The room was very spacious, the bathroom was unique and opened into the room with a tasteful barrier when privacy was needed, the view was beautiful, the lobby was cool, the staff were great and kind and very welcoming. It was perfect!

It was simply beautiful, a lovely swimming pool, great breakfast buffet. Amazing room with curtains & a toilet seat that open automatically for you! A robot for room service. Complimentary cold drink in the lobby. Anna, lovely Ukrainian hostess at breakfast was very helpful & professional. Next to a metro with direct service to bell tower area & next to a good shopping mall with good shops & food. Local restaurants in a little square behind it. Very comfy beds, huge bath & great power shower. Only small paper napkins at breakfast (like most of China) would be good to have large linen napkins as standard in other JWs, especially with noodles to eat with chopsticks.

The team were amazing, they went over and beyond to help me and make my stay a fantastic experience, my big thanks to Bella ( who called all the taxis companies ) to find my phone and also Yotk who i could not have made this trip successful without him..thank you Cant think of any thing..ah i couldnt watch the olympics..

This is a fantastic place to stay. The room is spacious, the location is excellent as it’s near shops and the staff are professional and polite. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Xian. Nothing.

The Hotel facility is excellent, the room is large and clean. The breakfast also very great The Hotel is located at the North Part of Xi'an , this is not very close to the main attraction. The taxi and traffic take a lot of time.

the check in time is not clear. I arrived at 3pm to check in, the room is not ready and i have to wait until 5pm. even until I came back to the lobby the room is still not ready yet. the receptionist said that because the guest before did a late check out at 2pm. but it is still doesnt make sense that the check in time at 2.30pm but you let the guest before did a check out at 2pm and clean a room for 2 hours
