Good beds and bedding, decent bathroom. Breakfast was OK Cleaned daily. Staff were helpful, though limited English. Internet not working, a common theme in Chinese hotels it seems A warning, there's more than one Starway Hotel in Xi'an. I chose the wrong one for the taxi. I recommend inputting the building rather than the hotel name NB taxis can't enter the street most of the time so you are dropped nearby

Cleaners were professional and attentive to my request. Receptionist was helpful in finding alternative room when I asked to change it because the room I was first assigned had strong odor of cigarettes.
