Center Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower

Very good location . The hotel provides ice cold water all the time which is very big benefit for tourists visiting Xi’an

Location was fantastic and staff extremely helpful.

Great location, a short walk from the Muslim Quarter and the City Walls. Staff helped us a lot with our laundry, we found everything ironed and folded in our room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Overall, excellent value for money. The room was a bit smaller than I expected. The lighting system in the room was a bit confusing, too dim sometimes.

Nice location The sink right in the room looks strange. Separate shower and toilet without a sink inside.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, the hotel room had a fabulous view of the Bell tower and the hotel was centrally located, walk distance to many tourists attractions.

Though the room wasn’t big, it is so well designed that your stay is super comfortable . Toilet , shower and lavatory separated make a big difference. Tea time is also a plus. The staff are very nice, specially the woman in charge of greeting the hosts: she volunteered to help us to reach the Didi driver, out thanks to her. Location is also great. Warmly recommended

Very comfortable stay. Right outside the metro station. Very convenient. Best location. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The reception was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was not bad, but it needs variety. They asked me to pay for my 2 daughters, which I explained I booked for 4 people. Maybe it's a cultural thing, they started shouting, talked quite loudly with each other, asked me to pay again for my children, I refused and explained, showed them the booking confirmation (printed one and on the phone) for 4 people, and they hesitated but let me in. It was fine from the second day once they confirmed with the reception. But I found it a bit embarassing, being shouted at in front of a lot of other guests. Second thing I don't like is that the main hall or corridor in most Chinese buildings smells of cigarettes and smoke, including this one.

The hotel has central heating and the rooms are scorching hot, 35 degrees celsius

Despite being a non smoking hotel, there was a strong smell of cigarettes.

Location is good! At night can be a little bit noisy

Everything in the room worked by pressing a button, that was fun. The breakfast was good. The name of the property written in booking makes it confusing for the Didi driver to locate and it’s in a very difficult location to be dropped off. We had to climb over a gate to hop to the side of the sidewalk. The actual name of the Hotel is Center Hotel, a very lovely 5 star hotel on the other corner is called Xi’an bell tower hotel. It’s in front of the bell tower but has nothing to do with it name, it should be corrected. The carpets in the room are stained and really dirty, they give you slippers luckily. The windows were so dirty and needed to be cleaned. These two factors made it feel worse than it actually was.

this place is located in the most convenient location in XiAn city for a visitor. The breakfast is very good.

The location Is perfect. The room nice and clean.

The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent! We enjoyed the breakfast, but after six days it did feel a bit repetitive. Tea time snacks could be improved too.

The air conditioner was unpredictable.I sweat all night.Inside room temperature was 32 degree Celcius while outside temperature was 11 degree Celcius.

Overall very nice but there were big stains on carpet by nightstand. Appears to be a red wine spill.
