Location was great near the south gate of the wall. Had lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Good atmosphere at night. Room really needed maintenance, all a bit outdated. It was not dirty, but didn't feel clean due to the room being old. For people with allergies: there are cats living downstairs.

Excellent location, walking distance to have food and other attractions in the city. There are also cats that lounge around in the main lobby for travelling cat enthusiasts. The shower door isn’t fully sealed & water tends to leak outside the bathroom.

great location, worked really well for a quick trip around Xi’an with my family. The owner was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions on where to go and what to do Toilet for the room I booked was a bit small

The location is very convenient, the room was very comfortable and cosy. Good value for money. A bit difficult to communicate with the staff as nobody spoke English but GG translate helped a lot.

It's well situated, the metro and many attractions are close to the hotel. At the reception there are different tips explaining how we can go to the different attractions in Xian. A lot of noise in early morning, I think they were doing some work on the hotel. There is also a very bad smell in the hotel and near it.

Had an issue with our original hotel. We were able to book this hotel and just turn up, staff were accommodating and helpful. They gave us umbrella’s for the day to borrow as it was raining which was nice. The rooms were quite dusty, and some of the doors lock just by using a padlock which I wasn’t a fan of. It was quite messy by the lobby and the public bathroom downstairs was very dirty.

Clean , good comfy bed. Close to bus stop. Nearby morning market. Walkable to Muslim street , drum and bell tower. Around one km from subway Yongninmen A2 exit. Electrical outage at midnight again but luckily only half hour.

This hostel is in a good location right next to the city wall and a 5-minute walk from South Gate. Room was large and fairly comfortable and all toiletries provided. The hostel has a WeChat service where you can message directly if something is needed, which was more convenient than going downstairs. Perfunctory check-in and lack of warm and welcoming attitude. Room was dirty. Hostel advertised a rooftop bar but when I went there it was closed amd there were no staff around. Although the property advertises itself as a hostel, it didn't really feel like one. There was none of the social element of other hostels.
