The staff is so helpful and really sincere, we were traveling from a few hours away and realized we needed to arrive early to an event. They were able to check us into our room earlier than we planned. Check out was easy and the rooms were quiet and really comfortable!

In the shower, there's only a 1/2 glass curtain.And most of the water comes out onto the floor

We stayed here on the way out of town and had a wonderful time. Bed was comfy so I slept like a rock. The staff were all very friendly. I was scared of the parking garage but my big truck was able to fit. The special room was a cool bonus.

Traffic on the street was super loud while I was trying to sleep. The Police apparently allow cruising up and down Yakima Avenue creating a lot of noise on summer weekend nights. very loud. And popular event right outside your window. Actually, when I think about it, it was the middle of the road hotel but they wanted three dollars for the bottled water that was left in our room. Yeah it’s the desert and we’re thirsty, but it’s not Las Vegas.

Make sure to check out the viewing of the temple on the 6th floor from 4-6pm. Temple in a hotel? Yes a Masonic Temple unchanged. Great hotel, great team, clean and centrally located. But the Temple was unique.

So beautiful they have bottles of wine for sale in the lobby super clean just gorgeous in downtown bars restaurants in walking distance no need to drive anywhere

Everything was clean and well maintained, very comfortable stay. Second time at this hotel and it is perfect every time!

Excellent place to stay in Yakima. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good at an additional charge. I look forward to returning again next month. This will be my place to stay going forward in Yakima. Nice touch with the wine tasting opportunity too.
