there was this incident the teenager working in the club bathroom made me uncomfortable and was getting very close to me in creepy way when the sink didn’t work which made feel unsafe during my stay.

It needs more air in the corridors need mor clean in the balcony I was in the ground floor

Staff at breakfast were very nice. Breakfast was superb. Booked this hotel for 1 night for us as a couple and 5 nights for another couple. Checked in around 2 am. Couldn’t understand why I could hear club music pounding bass in the hallway and in our room. Went to the night manager who guiltily, and with a lot of remorse, explained it wasn’t the clubs from the yacht Marina (1/4km away) — but a nightclub that had been opened IN THE HOTEL GROUNDS. The hotel owner has leased a space at the back of the hotel to a large outdoor nightclub called “Envy”. It goes on most nights from 11pm to 3am. Such greed to sell the space. The irony is that this is not mentioned at all on the hotel website or the website travel partner we booked through. The other irony is the Sandora sign at the front of the hotel reads; “relax, rejuvenate and recharge”. Not here you don’t. The next morning (after sleeping with earplugs) I found vomit outside the entrance to the club which is connected to the hotel. We only stayed 1 night thank god, our guests had to tolerate 5. The duty manager and manager we met the next day were apologetic and moved the room for our guest to nearer the front of the hotel - but only after I got angry and demanded it. You could still hear the club bass. No offer of a refund. Minimal apology. They did say “we don’t plan to renew the lease at the end of the season” - what genius to work out that you destroy all your “boutique hotel” brand value by allowing a open-air night club in your grounds. So, don’t stay here if you like to sleep. Google Envy nightclub Sandora hotel. That said, breakfast was incredibly good and the wait staff absolutely lovely. The night manager was helpful but GM and owner clearly fools to make that decision.

Worst property ever. I have made a reservation for 7 nights and when i arrived I didn’t like the place. It is not 4 stars hotel. I checked out after only 2 hours and until now my money is not refunded to me.

The location is great. The pool is also nice. I arrived in the middle of the night, when I was welcomed by a member of staff who spoke literally 0 English or any other language. He just took my luggage to the room and wanted to leave, but when I started asking information such as: what is breakfast time, is there an elevator, what's the wifi password - he would just shrug his shoulders. Also - what bothered me a lot more is that in the 4 nights I was there - nobody came to clean the room, change the towels, bring toiletteries.. nothing. I requested it at the reception as well as called from my room multiple times, but without any luck.

the service was the best, thanks to Farida the lady from Russia who took care of me without asking and the receptionist who checked me in in 1 min without any paperwork, after I said I was feeling sick…the staff is incredibly amazing and I know what I am talking about when I mention service!Thank you Sandorra Hotel for letting me know that there is still kindness and care in this world!
