Beach is awesome, staff is very polite, food is delectable, ambiance is well decorated, rooms are full of thoughtful touches. The gym can be bigger. 4 people can fit and may be the pool but it is not important since you do not use it when there is an amazing beach.

Location We stayed at this hotel and overall it was good and clean. However, we had some issues with comfort during our stay. The AC in our room didn’t seem to work properly as it was humid and hot, and the pillows provided were very hard. When we requested softer pillows, the replacements were very small and not comfortable at all. Because of this, we weren’t able to sleep well during our entire stay, which really affected our experience. On top of that, room service often forgot to add water, towels, and coffee daily, which was inconvenient. If the hotel could improve the bedding, comfort of the rooms, and be more attentive with basic services, it would make a big difference, as everything else was quite good.

The rooms are beautiful, very nicely designed and maintained. The beach access is great. Service and staff are excellent. Matcha bar in the hotel is a plus. Location and WiFi is good. Breakfast location, too many insets and bees. Also variety isn’t great. Drinks are expensive

Everything. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Hotel grounds are beautiful. I was excited to wake up every morning to have my breakfast by the hotel bar. The staff is so attentive. I can’t wait to come back

I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Jihane, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding. I had forgotten my passports and other belongings in the room safe and only realized it once I reached the airport. Jihane immediately arranged for everything to be sent to me at the airport—and thanks to her quick action, I was able to catch my flight just in time! Thank you for the incredible hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Very nice location, beautiful waterfront and restaurant Noisy, the door bell in the neighbouring room kept waking us up every night. Staff didn’t speak English apart from maybe one or 2 people. Our requests for water while on the beach were ignored . Whether due to lack of understanding the language or otherwise . Also we have paid for the stay on the check in, although we charged again prior to check out , which led to a lengthy check out process. Food is very overpriced , so are the rooms . Having stayed in several hotels around Yalikavak, this hotels does live up to what is advertised

Honestly guest relations and concierge was great help , i didnt know much about Bodrum and Jihan made my experience very smooth and memorable. They have white sand beach, pilates reformer, and its close to Yalikvav. TV isnt connected to Internet

The location only The staff were so rude, they dont understand english , they don’t clean very good , they didnt give me a blanket only bed sheet that was vey light, when i request taxi they make me wait for at least half hour then act like they dont understand me, the

The hotel has beach access and the room was comfortable. The young man at the front desk in the evenings was very polite and helpful and probably the only person who spoke English. The staff are mainly young people who we’re probably apprentices and you had to ask for things as they weren’t really explained. Also, some communal areas were not so clean and I consider the hotel overpriced.

Classic boutique hotel, with amazing breakfast and amazing facilities. The ocean in front of the hotel is awesome and they have an amazing restaurant with all kinds of drinks, cocktails, healthy food options and great regular typical and classic dishes. The room is much more modern than the hotel in general and it is super nice and comfortable. The location is great and it is near Yalikavak's port that has most restaurants and stores ($5 USD taxi). Staff is super kind and gym is also great for the basics. Breakfast is above average, really nice. Would definitely go again. AC took a while to get cold in the first day but it was good the other days. Wifi didn't work as there was something wrong with our username, we had to use the receptionists username, that definitely saved us.

gorgeous hotel with big spacious rooms and a beautiful beach and deck lack of consistency when ordering drinks - something different came each time. staff were hit and miss and food in the restaurant was okay but could definitely been improved
