This place blew me away! As a solo traveler, I was looking for comfort and a memorable experience - and this accommodation delivered it all. The view from my room was absolutely stunning—I couldn’t stop staring out the window. I even got up early to look at the sunrise glistening on Mount Fuji! Its so beautiful. The room was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. They even spoke English to me, helping reduce friction with my poor Japanese. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back someday! Nothing :)

We got sushi's when we arrived and fruits. The owner is so sweet. The people working there are really kind and helpful. We rented 2 bikes from the hotel. Better prices than outside. Although they are quite small. The breakfast kept me full all day. Curry, rice, vegetables, toast and Excellent coffee!!!

Very clean rooms, they don’t allow shoes in the rooms. We got welcome sushi and fruits which was a nice warm touch.. Unfortunately it was cloudy so couldn’t see MtFuji clearly. But it is not the fault of the hotel, obviously ☺️

What a fantastic place with gorgeous views of fuji-san from the rooms and the rooftop. The staff was exceptional! Very warm and gracious. I really loved the traditional Japanese clothing they provided in the room and want to wear the jacket everywhere. The room was clean and quiet and rokumeikan hills far exceeded my expectations. After a very long journey to get here, it was wonderful to be greeted with a plate of sushi and fruit. Thank you so much!

I appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff, particularly Ms. Mitsuyo along with her another colleague, who assisted us with everything we needed. She provided helpful information about the surroundings, and both the dinner and breakfast were excellent. The breathtaking view of Mount Fuji over Lake Yamanaka added to the overall experience. The property is serene, quiet, and peaceful—ideal for anyone looking to recharge during a few nights' stay.

The service was lovely. The staff greeted us with handmade gimbap rolls for dinner and left us lots of Japanese tea and fruits in the fridge. We were there for the Yamanakako Roadrace and the staff was also very helpful in letting us know about associated road closures.
