Worst rooms and rest rooms.. unhygienic and there was insect in bed and also restroom shampoo bottles all rusted and very small rest rooms.. Don't expect this hotel to be a 3 star it's a 2 star only.. Don't go with small kids for your hygiene safety..

The location and rooms were really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodative. The bathroom needs better maintenance. Had a broken tap and clogged basin. Also the restaurant served us water in a jug which had algae settled in the base. It was really disgusting and dangerous. Luckily we didnt give that water to our 2year old toddler.

Well maintained resort. Excellent staff. Open car park available with 24 hr security. Rooms were neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. The menu option for room service is limited. Half the items in menu is usually not available. Of course on request the staff did oblige us a couple of times to make available our requested item

The location was good. The major tourist attractions were nearby, walkable. The manager tried to answer our questions and was polite The room was not neat and not upto the standards expected. Room service was not done until asked. Bathrooms were not cleaned as part of service. Intercom was not working during our complete stay.

Unclean, broken doors, not aware of hygiene, non decent staff, entire night distrubing the occupants, loud speaking,no milk for tea or coffee. Not worth a Penny. Booking.com should review hotels before posting for bookings, like make my trip does.
