very budget friendly hotel and near by all activities are closing. Room was very excellent . food also very taste.staff guidance and behaviour was excellent.

They charge Rs 500 per night to use the AC. Rooms and beds felt old and not very clean. They don't provide tea/coffee packets or creamers in the room.

First location was very good. All playing activities on shopping and boating point nearest place Building opposite. Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff coordination was very excellent. I enjoy a lot a morning breakfast it's excellent home food. Overall nice day thanks for Giri Nandana Residency.

The staff and room were good. The price is a bit high but considering the location it is fine. Only breakfast is provided and the in house kitchen don't have lunch/ dinner that you can buy. Neat rooms and it was an overall good stay for 1 night.

Friendly staff, fine location, parking available, Food was bad, service in small restaurant was slow, did not get non veg food for dinner, pre-order was required it seems. I could see the area where they were keeping all utensils for washing and overall the kitchen was not hygienic at all. Very surprised to see five star in booking.com
