• Play area for kids (swings), swimming pool, etc., were all in good condition. • Small lawn with a jackfruit tree, and it even had jackfruits growing on it. • Fireplace/campfire area with benches around it. Good if you want to sit around the campfire and share stories. • Very close to the lake (1-minute walk). The lake is open 24 hours without any entry fee. The boating side of the lake does not allow access to the waterfront unless you purchase park and boating tickets (around ₹20 + ₹50, if I remember correctly). • Open car parking. • Table tennis and a carrom board were also available. • On Friday night, another family checked in and started playing loud music on their speaker. We were worried it would continue throughout the night, as we could hear the bass even inside our room. However, the music stopped around 9:00–9:10 PM. I'm not sure whether the hotel management asked them to stop or another guest complained, but either way, it showed that the hotel values the peace and comfort of other guests. • If you don't have your own vehicle, commuting can be difficult. You may have to depend on the hotel for transport, which can add significantly to your travel costs. If you're relying on public transport, you may prefer staying closer to the bus stand or auto-rickshaw stand. We had our own vehicle for sightseeing, so this wasn't an issue for us. • Breakfast starts only at 9:00 AM. I would prefer it to start around 7:30–8:00 AM, as many guests like to have breakfast early and leave for sightseeing.

The preofessionalism of Mr.Pradeep despite the pressure by every customer and the proficiency of MD. The breakfast is little cold while served and the quality of coffee and tea needs to improve.

breakfast was nice, so was the location. room was very clean and spacious. bed was comfortable and the climate was nice and cool at night. the staff were very helpful and attentive. nice to play carroms and table tennis, great pool too. our stay was perfect other than a mishap with a birthday cake, but i think this was mostly because of a language barrier (i dont speak tamil). we thought we had been very clear that i couldnt eat gluten but the staff member thought 'maida' wasnt wheat (it is refined/white wheat flour). when he said a cake without maida wasnt possible, we said no worries and dropped the idea of a gluten-free cake. he then came to us later in the night, realising it was my birthday and said sorry and he would get me a wheatless cake. the cake arrived just before midnight and they very thoughtfully lit candles and put lights on outside and filmed the experience. anyway, after eating some cake and again in the morning, i came down with a horrible reaction for 2 days. i messaged him and he said the cake had maida in it. i realise if i had spoken tamil maybe this wouldnt have happened. but what was a well-intentioned act, leaded to a really bad sickness for me.. then there has been a lot of pressure from him to leave a review so i thought i would be honest. it would have been a 10 if it werent for that last experience.

Overall asthetics. Breakfast could be improved.
