The room was big enough and clean and nothing fancy about it Poorly Managed Resort. Lift wasn't working on a few occasions. SPA Booking wasn't available. Food was very expensive. Usually I stay for 2+ nights but I have to cut short and checkout in a day.

Rooms are neat and clean and pretty big in size. Food was tasty. Wifi not working. Smart tv in the room but no wifi. Staffs are polite but not trained.

Not much Bad service , they were washing the floors with no warning , slippery , no help by check-in staff. Bathroom not clean, lift was absolutely dirty , breakfast was very bland

The staff. They were excellent even though they were taking flak for poor facilities and services. Expected a four star facility. They were probably three star at best. I had to face a delay of over an hour to check in because they claimed that they did not receive the money that I a paid in full about two weeks earlier. Even after showing my bank statement and receipt of payment, they were not convinced. We were a group of 30 with children tired after a long drive had to make do with a few chairs in a small reception. The manager later apologised and made some amends.

Locatiom of.property is easy to access as it is on the main road Very badly maintained matressess and towels. Down right dirty. Didnt expect this from sterling.

Renovation in progress and the manager promised to take care of the issue in near future. Many things to improve and informed the manager.
