Oshen Apartments is within a 2-minute walk (yes Oshen is on a HILL) a number of fantastic restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is a 10-minute drive from Yeppoon Golf Club and a 35-minute drive from Rockhampton. Local live music on the weekends and various local venues. There are a range of self-contained apartments and 4 hotel rooms accommodations. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area and laundry facilities. Flat-screen TV and fridge. Hotel Rooms are small with tea/coffee facilities, bar fridge, balcony leading inwards to the Atrium - NO VIEW. There are no laundry facilities available with this type of accommodations. These rooms are perfect for Corporates or a quick 1 night stay (suitable for 1-2 guests). Guests enjoy BBQ / Coffee terrace, A designated Smoking Terrace (for smoking Guests) and complimentary underground parking.

Room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a few days stay with a wonderful view and perfect location to town. It is a steep hill walk but a very short walk and worth it for the view. Also a wonderful heated pool with a view. Very nice overall stay and loved the patio and pool and comfortable feeling overall with great communication since we were arriving after hours. All was perfect.

Beautiful sea view. Comfy bed. The spa bathe was amazing. Handy to all the cafes and shops. It was a short walk to the Yeppoon beach. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Room expectation was very reasonable for the price paid The hill would have been a challenge to climb for access to the hotel and not suitable for the elderly but fine if you have a car

The location was good even though it sits high on a hill but eaay to navigate. Staff very nice. The complex was very quiet. Great views as I had an ocean view room. Beds were a little hard & a bit lumpy.

We asked about laundry and the lady at the front desk said “ if there’s a closet in your unit it is laundry” there was no closet, seemed like she didn’t want to just tell us there was no laundry facilities

The keys were left in a lock box that was left open. Anyone could have grabbed those keys. The furniture on the balcony was broken, so we were unable to sit out there. The spa bath was quite unclean.

The view of the ocean was nice. The apartment layout was also good, and the bedroom was able to be kept dark. There were a few maintenance items to be addressed.
