Seaspray Waterfront Holiday Units

Great location and the unit had everything to make it a very enjoyable short stay

It was great location

location and the full kitchen a security door would be good so one can leave open the wooden door; cant get a tax invoice easily!

We had cold water to shower as their hot water had run out. Our toddler was already sick so she cried while showering. Its almost winter time and having to shower with cold water was so unpleasant. The bathroom was a bit smelly. There were no blankets tucked into the beds. The ktichen was average. The location was superb though and the beds were comfy.

location was right on the beachfront with few tourists. Room had view of ocean. Easy drive to shopping centre and restaurants / cafes.

Spotless and recently modernised inside. We had the largest of the 2 upstairs units . Property enjoys absolute beach frontage (not many in this area - albeit beach is a little rocky). All necessary facilities for a relaxing holiday. Whilst A/C installed, it was great just to enjoy the sea breeze and overhead fans. All windows had security screens. Good quality towels and sheets. Well equipped kitchen including a cooktop. Decor entirely appropriate for location. Unfortunately, edge strips on kitchen cupboards already de-laminating and gold/bronze plating on fittings (eg bathroom drawer handles) wearing off already.

The location was amazing. The staff were so friendly. We loved our visit at Seaspray Yeppoon.

We loved our stay at the Skipper shack! It is a comfortable beach house! Great location, clean, stylish, and exceptional staff! Would highly recommend.

Everything Nothing

The view was very nice The room was exceptionally nice, clean and comfortable The shower was brilliant with great water pressure The bed was very comfortable The staff were very helpful and professional and even helped me with my luggage to my room They are still in the middle of revamping the motel so some of the rooms are not completed atm but if they're going to be like the room that I stayed in, guests will definitely not be disappointed Unfortunately when I arrived the smell from the beach was unpleasant but receded over the next day which I was assured that was definitely not a regular occurrence by staff and guests that have stayed there numerous times

The place is quite humid given how close it is to the sea. The bathroom and kitchen should be cleaner. Some of the furniture is quite old and not very well kept.

Location Nowhere to sit inside the room.

The position was fabulous, wonderful views and a private beach.

Where do I start. Staff, location, relaxed homely nature. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Yeppoon. We will be back. Thank you Dean.

Quiet No hassle Car park on the street Pole behind parking spot

Walk onto the beach. The older 3 bedroom house has been renovated and is very comfortable.

It was really, really good. Dean was a legend.

Location & Vibe Nothing

Excellent views great room and air con. Great shower pressure and hot water. Dean was so lovely and welcoming we stayed an extra night.

The staff member on arrival was very friendly, helpful and was able to get us into our room earlier than check in time. Nothing, great little place to stay and close to everything.
