NOTHING Went with kids, during check-in they said no inhouse restaurant and swimming pool is work in progress. This spoiled our mood and to add it, the rooms are sticky and not clean. Booked 2 rooms and in one of the room had bunch of insects that bites. After several complaints they changed the room to wooden villa. It is just a weekend trip and it was totally spoiled.

The location of the resort was good. It had a Treetop Villas which was very different from other resorts. Parking was available. Access was easy. The Treetop villa had 2 rooms, but one room was kept locked with no access to us. Shower was leaking in the treetop villa. Cockroaches found inside the garden facing room. SPA did not have a couple room and had wooden beds and was uncomfortable while massage. Breakfast was not up to the standard. Menu was very limited.

Breakfast was very good, every day different Menu, served fresh. Especially the Manager Mr. Shan was very friendly reached out each guest and checked whether they're satisfied and asked for feedback every day. Over all I would say the place is very quite and peaceful, and the staff's were very friendly. Due to Electricity fluctuations the Gaycer was not working on 29 Apr, No Idea why the generator was not turned on. We had to take bath on normal chilled water in both the rooms.

Location, cleanliness, garden, friendly staff Food could have been better. Wash basin in the bed space area is not a nice thing to have. Toilet roll was missing until asked.

Food was excellent what we order individually dinner , but morning breakfast complementary is not upto the mark. morning breakfast complementary is not upto the mark.room cleaning is not done and we recommended to clean the room , service was not good.continous power cut, power cut is very disappointed and no power back up on immediate solution. Looks disappointed, totally unsatisfied and disappointed.Room cleaning and power cut and bathroom door not locker for 204 room. Totally wasted money ,for that room is even not worth for 1500.

Room which was initially allocated was horrible and different from what was seen in the pictures. So, we had to pay extra bucks to upgrade for a decent room
