They cancelled my booking on the day I was in Yercaud. And I called them multiple times - only then I was informed that there are no rooms in their property. They didn't take the initiative to call and let me know prior. I told them I'd pay extra even yet they denied me a room on the booking I made via booking.com. Really horrible and unfriendly experience.

1.Air conditioning is not provided in the rooms. Yercaud is not all that cool. 2. EV charging facilities is not provided.

It was a wonderful stay in Hotel Peppers. Great location and good value for money. The staffs were courteous answering to all our requests and doing their best. The booking included breakfast and though it was the usual south indian breakfast prepared by them, it was delucious. We even ordered dinner two times and they prepared it well according to our specifications. They also arranged cab for sight seeing and also for returning back to Salem Jn. Railway station. Would really love to go back again and enjoy the stay once more.

We liked Location, Rooms are good and spacious . Staff is friendly and very polite . Rooms are clean. We had problem with communicating with staff they speak only Tamil but they were kind and polite. and there was no intercom in room and normal calls wont work bcoz of network issue in that area. It was difficult to ask for any room service.
