For years they have been maintaining very well Surprised this kind of a question is cropping up. What’s the idea behind this question!

The food, the only saving grace for the property is their chef and the food they make. In a town where hygiene eating options are so minimal the food helps you sustain through the stay. However, the options are limited The spa, unlike traditional hotels in Wayanad and Ooty that we have stayed in earlier, INDeco has proper mattress tables in their Massage Rooms and not the wooden tables which hurt your back more. The Deep Tissue Massage for my husband was relaxing and comforting as well. The therapist used optimal pressure and understood the requests well. Mattress: We shifted rooms 4 times, the first room offered to us was nothing like the pictures and the second one where we spent the night was the only one with a canopy style bed. It was as it sleeping on a bed of stones. The fridge was changed 4 times as it was non operational yet it was loudest thing the entire night and was still not working. Day 2 after escalating this on IG we were upgraded to their best room. But, cleanliness was not upto the mark. Value Ad Miscommunication: To compensate us for our inconvenience we were offered a Candle Light Dinner. Turns out the setup was complimentary but we still had to pay for the Dinner. Honestly, there are no issues in paying for what we are eating. But, this was not communicated to us, rather the word complimentary dinner was said by their Chef and Server's multiple times. We did not want the candle light dinner in the first place but when you get to know that it wasn't complimentary on check out, that's not a good feeling. Cleanliness: Despite pointing it out to the team the room and washroom was only cleaned from an optics standpoint. There were insect dead bodies under the chair, in the corner of the rooms behind the curtain and the washroom bins. Under staffed: The staff member who helped our luggage to the room was the same person who came and cleaned the washroom on day 1 and we saw him roaming in the kitchen at breakfast on Day 2. Not a good feeling at all. Response Time: Call the housekeeping for cleaning the room or changing the sheets and the minimum wait time is 30 mins. The property is cluttered with rooms and there is not much space to actually enjoy the natural greenery.

Location Neatness could be improved. Will not stay here again. For the amount i payed during peak season the cleanliness could have been improved.

Yercaud was good. But the stay was not comfortable. We booked wooden room but when checked in it was a different low cost room. When asked for refund for the extra payment made no proper response. The service was very poor. Very poor maintenance. Intercom not working. Tv was also not working. The water was brown in colour and muddy. For check in and check out we have to wait for more than half an hour. No safety.

Petit coin de paradis in the mountains near Salem. A place to be for a while is very calm The decoration of the room and exterior are done with a very good taste. You find everywhere objects from the English period..

The location, the greenery, food and the ambience. The maintenance of the toilet, the hot water pressure in the shower could be much better.

The stay is located close to the Yercaud lake. It has the old world charm with artifacts and history of the space clearly displayed for guests to read and understand. We stayed at the basic rooms and not the cottages. The rooms are spacious and fairly neat. However, the entire property requires maintenance and food service at the restaurant could be better.

excellent location, great staff and wonderful food property maintenance could improve. many of the in room Refrigerators not working. also there is a sewage facility next door and some rooms get the stink. but staff immediately changed our rooms

Very good spread, delicious food made with less oil and just the right amount of spices/masalas. You can offer omelette also as part of the breakfast buffet.
