I felt I had to argue with staff to get the bedding situation we booked. The water park is terrible and was the only reason we booked. On arrival we were told the outdoor water park was closed, only inside was available. We went there and were told we have to purchase flip flops for our daughter to access the indoor pools which we did. Once inside we realised all the indoor slides were not operational and really overcrowded. When my daughter got in the pool staff yelled at her and demanded she get out because her hair is considered dirty and we had to get dressed, go back up to reception and buy a swim cap for females. Honestly the swim center is a dump, and there are no restaurants/cafes in walking distance. I would not recommend this place at all.

I stayed at this hotel from June 25 to June 27. The amenities and facilities were extremely poor compared to the price. Everything is at an absolute minimum, and honestly, the hotel feels like it's on the verge of bankruptcy. Definitely not worth the money.

The location was far from center. If you need super market or anything you need you should go by taxi.

Just the water parks both indoors and outdoors So many different problems from the weak facilities inside the room to the delayed response from the personnel. When I needed something I had to say it again and again. This was just one out of many problems. Can you believe it : there were no guys to help us with our luggages. It was a long distance from the reception to the room. When i asked them for help with the luggage , they said we don’t have any one to help you. You must carry them yourself. This happened again for the check out. There was a safe box in our room needed fixing. I went after it for three days to fix it but I was not successful to persuade them to repair. Finally they told me we don’t have a repair person to repair it. How unbelievable. A four star hotel !!!! Who gave this ranking to it? The door was locked and unlocked by key. How traditional! There were some holes in the blankets. When I told them to change them they didn’t accept it until the receptionist himself came and checked them. They didn’t believe in us. There was not a phone to call the receptionist to call them if help needed. They gave me a what’s app number to call them. I didn’t see such things any where in any hotels in any countries I have been to. The personnel in the restaurant didn’t have a warm and kind behavior with the guests. I didn’t see enough hospitality And last but not least , this was not my first journey and my first country. I have traveled to various countries with my family both Asia and Europe but this stay was unpleasant for us.

Is the location good or not depends on what is needed. For us (a family with small children) is very good. Aquapark is right here and the Zoo is very close. All the rest is very much acceptable . Maybe something is not perfect, but who cares? We were fine and happy there. God bless Armenia. Vacations are always too short.

Theme park is free , but old fashioned villa living , can take a day off for a change. Nice outside view with balcony. I enjoyed chilling weather and clean air. Old rooms and no room service.

Everything is amazing Nothing at all

I booked on behalf of my brother and his wife and report their feedbacks. They traveled to Yerevan for the Jennifer Lopez concert on 03 August 2025, and stayed for five nights and six days at this hotel, in one of their villa-style rooms (Superior Double Room)that can accommodate up to four people, 3 adults and 1 child ,up to 4 years old. The hotel has many positive points and only a few negatives, which I’ll summarize here. One of the biggest highlights is the large Aqua park and multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools, along with dry and steam saunas and a jacuzzi — features that really set this hotel apart from others in the city center. Friends of ours staying at other hotels would come here just to use the Aqua park, paying depending on whether it was a weekday or weekend, while for us hotel guests, it was completely free. This special perk alone makes some of the hotel’s minor flaws much less noticeable. As for service, the reception staff were generally good (although Armenians tend to be more reserved and not overly smiley). Ms. Margarit at reception was especially helpful with our requests. On the first day, we asked for bathrobes since we were visiting the Aqua park frequently, and they brought them to our door right away. Every day, she even used her personal phone to order us Yandex taxis (the Armenian ride-hailing service) — something other hotels might not do for guests. Another positive point is the size of the property — it’s huge, like some Antalya resorts, covering several hectares. It’s very green, with beautiful fruit trees, and when you head out in the morning for breakfast or activities, it feels like walking through a lush park with plenty of great photo spots. Breakfast is another strong point. In summer, it’s served outdoors under shaded areas, and the variety is excellent — they even served skewered kebabs and rice dishes as part of breakfast. Drinks included orange juice, apple juice, mango juice, tea, coffee, Nescafé, and milk. Few negative points: 1. The room decor is a bit old, though everything was clean and tidy. 2. There was no one to help with our luggage, so we had to carry it ourselves after check-in. 3. Grounds maintenance could be better — for example, we saw a beer bottle lying on the grass for several days. Also, when cleaning our room, the floor wasn’t mopped, although the rest of the cleaning (bedsheets, towels, trash bins) was done well. The Aqua park and pools were also kept clean. One small inconvenience: to use the water attractions, you need to get a permission slip from reception each time. It only takes about two minutes, but I recommend booking a room near the reception building so you don’t have to walk far.

Location is good Very old property. Badly need some renovation. Old furnitures , old bathroom wares, cracks on the wall. Broken kettle.
