Прекрасные условия бронирования - задержали рейс, пришлось быстро искать отель. Green Palace предложили условия бронирования с оплатой на месте без предварительной. Разрешили позавтракать попозже так как утром отсыпалась. Спасибо персоналу отеля! Все любезные.

Booking.com clearly states that there is a pool at the property. I asked the staff and they stated there is a pool. I went to the pool area, and was only notified afterwards that this was not a free service. I spent 1 hour at the pool and was charged roughly a $100 dollars. Total rip off and false advertising. The staff was also rude and very unwelcoming. I would highly recommend not staying here.

Nothing Staff were not helpful, no English speakers, smell of smoking was all over the place, pictures and booking details are not like real. No WiFi, there is but does not work Location is out the city and a busy road And the minibar is a rip off

Very nice service. Nice room. Food was very good and room delivery was available at all times. Fast check in and check out. Bad smell from the drain next to the hot tub. You can even smell it when you are at the opposite side of the room. Hair dryer was very weak.

We ordered food when we arrived, which was served in the lounge area, in good time. It was tasty and not too expensive. The rooms are big, clean with a lounge area- although decoration is dated. It was nice to have a pool area with loungers- although be aware the front of the hotel where the pool is situated, is right next to the highway, so can hear car noise. Breakfast was ok. The staff were not very friendly ( compared to all the guesthouses we stayed in during our Armenia trip), and at reception only one person could speak English. During the night my sons were woken at 2 am with loud music playing, which went on for a long time. I woke up at 4 am with noises from within the hotel ( I think hotel staff, although not definite), banging around, and loud talking. Was hard to use the AC- would appreciate some written instructions in the room on how to use.
