Boulevard Hotel

Fantastic location, very central. Very nice building. We stayed at two different rooms: the room with balcony was lovely, the room without a bit more basic. Friendly and helpful staff. Okay breakfast.

The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. While it was good overall, I think it could offer a bit more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. Apart from that, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room smelled like old cigarettes. There had definitely been smokers in the room. The room was also too warm but opening the window just let smoke in from those smoking on the sidewalk below.

Room was spacious enough, Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. spare pillows didn't look so good Safe was locked so couldn't be used Room was Hot and AC could not be adjusted to cool it.

Doorbell staff I have visited 49 Countries Never eveeerrr have i seen such a HORRIBLE thing Like i did at the Breakfast Where the lady "stuff" came out of the bathroom with wet hands And touched the food by rearranging it And by presumably cleaning she got 4-5 creeps bare hands and wet and wiped the plate with the wet wiper The wiper was extra dirty They have camera And you can confirm this 26.02 in the morning HORRIBLE Bathroom smells moldy And bedroom without window Sleeping there was a nightmare

The Boulevard Hotel is very accessible to the city, especially being near Republic Square, where you can find many fashion shops, beautiful scenery, and many other attractions. It is conveniently located at 37 Karen Demirchyan Street, Yerevan, in a spacious and expansive area that provides both comfort and convenience. My wife and I truly love staying here and enjoyed every moment of our experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at The Boulevard Hotel. The location is excellent, and the hotel offers great comfort and convenience. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as the bidet, which made our stay even more comfortable. What made our experience truly special was the accommodating and kindhearted staff, especially Diana and the rest of the team. They were very helpful, warm, and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our visit. My wife and I sincerely love and appreciate everything, and we are already looking forward to coming back again—next time with our kids.
