Nice place and nice people

My preference for this hotel is because of its central location (on main street, some people can mind noise)

One of the single rooms had a water heater inside the room which made some noise.

Good location. Terrible sound insulation. Rooms are basically just above the pedestrians and the street traffic. Thin windows. Bathroom could be cleaner. Mediocre internet connection.

The floors creaked loudly, and the furniture was old in the largest room they offer.

Only the location No bedsheets on beds, hairs on the bedsheets they gave us, hairs on pillows, hair and blood stains on towels, broken electric plugs (which is dangerous)

This was a fantastic find for my first experience in Yerevan. It’s centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. The main highlight was the incredible staff, who were all so kind and friendly. Particularly Levon who helped me with a dire early check in as I was struggling to find a place after two days of travel. The room itself is spacious, and well fitted with fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, dining table, desk, plenty of cabinetry, toothbrush/vanity kit, shoehorn(?!), and a nice rainfall shower. The arched rooms were gorgeous and brought in plenty of light. The wifi was perfect to work remotely and the common area was always supplied with fresh coffee if needed. Overall, it was a lovely experience and comfortable for working on the go with access to many supermarkets, restaurants and transit. For anyone who is a bit more noise sensitive, it does carry through during the day but that didn't hinder me - for the most part guests were respectful and quiet during the evening hours to rest.

The room was well equipped with useful amenities. There was a kettle, bottled water, tea, instant coffee, and a refrigerator. The room itself had plenty of space, which made the stay comfortable. The free Wi-Fi worked very well and was fast and reliable. I also liked that there was a coffee machine in the hallway where guests could make fresh coffee anytime. The main downside was the windows. They seem to have poor insulation. Even when the outside temperature was around +6–8°C, it felt noticeably cold near the windows. I can only imagine it might be worse during colder months when temperatures drop below zero. Because of the windows, street noise was also quite noticeable in the room.

Ideal location, good price, big room, kettle in room, fridge should be too (but in my room it was absent). Comfortable bed and bathroom. It was not problem for me, but there is no lift, only stairs.

Clothes hangers

Clean, but outdated. Helpful staff. Separate apartment (we booked a three-bedroom suite), which also includes a kitchen/living room, hallway, and bathroom. There's a separate entrance to the courtyard where you can smoke. Great location, especially if you're exploring the old (planned) city—we often walked directly from the opera house, which is literally five blocks away. Three bedrooms: one for the parents, two for the kids (one with two beds). The mattresses didn't give anyone back pain. The noise in the master bedroom is terrifying. It faces a busy street, and the double-glazed windows don't block out the noise. Bring earplugs, otherwise, like me, you'll have to drink a bottle of Armenian wine (delicious) to fall asleep. My wife couldn't stand the noise and slept in one of the children's bedrooms. There were three of us with a baby, so we had the option. It was relatively cool, although the weather was unusually cold for Yerevan (-8 Celsius at night, down to -4 Celsius during the day). But we managed to cope by slightly increasing the temperature of the gas boiler. But in summer it could be hot, however they have air conditioning. Skip breakfast. It's mostly cold appetizers like yogurt and fruit, with hot dishes like fried sausages and boiled eggs. Plus, it doesn't open until 9 a.m. For the same price, you can get two hot dishes and tea for two at the nearby Jijil. It also opens at 9 a.m.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. Clean, cozy rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent central location. Highly recommended!

Location and pirce. Its very near the republic square. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. No elevator.

there's no elevator and we had heavy bags and the room was in the 2nd floor. the hotel doesn't have parking bit annoying since it is in the center we always suffer to find a parking slot.

Location, absolutely brilliant! And staff, very polite, eager to help. Good breakfast! I would say that the room was noisy because of the avenue, but it didn’t bother me when I slept.

The location was quite good to access all relevant sites. The shower gel smelled nice. The staff was not that friendly. They did not greet us once. The room was still quite dirty with stains in the bathroom and hair as well as other (potential) body fluids on the bathrobe.
