Рядом с центром, прекрасная встреча, комфортно спать , единственное что из туалета есть иногда запах, но мы просто закрывали дверь, уже жили с таким в Дубае так что для нас не было проблем

The place was very dirty, and not comfortable. It's barely possible to find a place where the hotel is located. Deaf place. They don't have a reception. The guard met us and gave us the keys. We rented a room with a double bed and there were just 2 single beds and they didn't want to change it, they just offered to connect them together. It's absurd! The air conditioner didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, everything was dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was muddy, there wasn't even a simple disposable shampoo or shower gel. We stayed only because there was no other place to go that day. I won't go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

There was nothing to be liked except the staff member Izabella who was very cooperative but was only available on last day of our stay. She too had limitations to arrange the things due to restrictions from the owner/ Manager. Actually it was not a three star hotel but a type of hostel with independent rooms. AC's remote was not provided and when I demanded one from the owner/ Manage he was very rude and told me to open the windows as AC can not be used in this month. Despite the fact that washing machine was mentioned in the room facilities, it was not there and we were told that we should pay AMD 2000 for washing the clothes from the hotel's washing machine. Breakfast was very very basic and even the milk was not provided on the 2nd morning. Even the light of the common area was switched off and it was pitch dark even during the day. A lot of stairs had to be climbed to reach our room. No means to contact the hotel's staff from the room. I had to go out to find some person but none was available during the first day and both the nights.

We stayed on the second floor of this hotel. There was no elevator, and nobody helped us carry our luggage to the room. On the second day of our stay, by accident, while we were ironing clothes on one of the beds, the bedsheet and blanket got burned. We planned to inform the manager about this at checkout. That day we went out sightseeing, and when we returned late at night, we saw that someone had entered our room without permission and left a note on the bed saying that we had to pay a fine of 50,000 drams for burning the bedsheet and blanket. They had also taken away the air conditioner controller. I called the manager and asked him to come so we could discuss the issue. We were treated in the worst way you can imagine. The manager, who couldn’t really speak English and behaved very poorly, called two other people to come and translate. We ended up calling the police, reporting that we were being mistreated and that they were trying to charge us excessively. In the end, since we had to leave the country the next morning, we agreed to pay about 30,000 drams as a fine and told the police the issue was resolved, because we didn’t want to get caught up in police paperwork. Overall, this place cannot be called a hotel at all, and the manager has no idea how to run one.

Very beatiful and good hotel

Hot shower. Very quiet location. The room was toasty warm (winter-time) and clean. The breakfast was quite impressive with rice, bread, sausages, cheeses, cookies, hard-boiled eggs and two salads with tea and instant coffee. Very small simple room. Not enough toilet paper. Wifi internet only worked one of our three days. They asked if we could leave earlier than our scheduled departure, but held our bags while we walked around town. We would stay again but not longer than 2 or 3 nights. We were only there to sleep at night.

Regarding breakfast, the biscuits, bread and cream were tasty, but the variety was not much. The location was a bit far from Republic Square but it was comfortably accessible by taxi. The host was friendly and helpful. The facilities were not like what was stated. The room did not even have a trash can. There was only a kettle but no tea, and it said it had a washing machine and iron, but I didn't see any. It was hard to find the property when we first arrived. Our room was located on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The wifi disconnected frequently. There were so many ants in our room.

the only good thing is Breakfast was on time or early. The room is very small for 900 AED UAE dirhams for 4 night's stay. The Doorknob is not working properly and it's not safe. If we did not ask to change the bedsheets etc they will not change daily (its included with the package) The package mentioned that Iron Microwave and washing machine is included but if we want to heat our food at around 7 pm or 8 or 9 pm the kitchen is closed, and if you want to use the washing, they are asking for money even its included with their package. and so on and so forth, and it was mentioned that you can pay only card payment for the hotel but when you reached there, they will tell only cash payment. And you prepared cash for roaming around and card payment for hotel. The manager is really not cooperating to the tourist and for me this COMFORT HOUSE HOTEL is really not recommendable. We know how to treat people; we can give TIPS if the service is good because we know how hard it is. We are not sensitive people but the only concern here is .... we choose your hotel for your packages and you're not following for whatever you mentioned in the package. If you dd not mentioned the package we better to choose somewhere higher price but with the same package FIX YOUR DOORKNOB!!!!

The main reason for choosing it was only a few minutes walk from the arrival point of the buses running between Tbilisi of Georgia and Yerevan. The location is very convenient as it is only about 5-minute walk to downtown Yerevan and major bus and trolleybus routes run frequently on the roads in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast provided daily is delicious and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. The quiet room once the door is closed and I could get a good night's sleep. I was also informed that the tap water in Yerevan can be drunk directly. I would like to stay here again if the opportunity arises. When they tried to use the electric kettle, it was out of order. but not a major issue

The hotel is clean and the ambience is very relaxing. The staffs are very nice, helpful and accommodating and the breakfast that they served every morning is good. We enjoyed our stay in Yerevan, thank you so much. Nothing
