Your Hostel

Nothing, I wish I could give them zero star. Its not hostel, its iranian people guest house. Iranian people are staying there for many years, they do chit chat, cook the food and talking loudly until 2 am, that's why I couldn't sleep properly. And the owner of this crappy hostel Ms Lily earn a lot of money from these Iranian people and she only take Care of them. I will not recommend to anyone for this bullshit hostel.

A small issue is the power socket on my bed. It seemed someone's charger pin stuck within.

Everything was perfect! the location, comfort, staff, breakfast, value for price. ? Recommended!

Unfortunately fans were either broken or noisy (but staff are so friendly who helped arrange another one) 2 bed dorm is a bit hot in summer with only a small window. Winter shouldn’t be a problem.

A peaceful place to rest. You can cook simple meals like noodles or eggs, and if you don’t have enough clothes, you can use the washing machine for free. My seven-day stay here was great. The breakfast served was good, and the place is ideal for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay. My room was on the 5th floor, so you need to be prepared to use the stairs, but I didn’t mind since I spent most of the day exploring and only came back to sleep. The view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely worth it. There’s a grocery store and some cafes nearby, and it’s just a 20-minute walk to Republic Square. Walking through the streets to get there is enjoyable, and I recommend checking out the Metro Mall too. It would be even better if they could install a bidet in the washroom, as it's something we’re used to back in the UAE. Other than that, everything was great.

The location is excellent, the staff is excellent. Some of the Russian and Iranian guests have no taste at all. They stay up all night and do not appreciate others. They occupy the hall day and night and use the kitchen utensils and do not clean them as they were. They also take the bed linens ? without the guest knowing to give them to another new guest. The hostel owner was contacted and he thankfully did so.

Owner of the property polite and friendly,last day my flight at night she also give me late check out till night without any extra money,also she provided charging coverter during all my stay Everyone should consider only book if you are aware that this hostel located third floor so there are many stairs and no elevator.

When I suggested to the owner that they include some fruit, their response was rude and inappropriate. Rude treatment from the owners: The attitude of the owners has worsened over time. Their behavior towards guests has become increasingly unpleasant and unprofessional. Basic cleanliness: Although the bathrooms were clean when the cleaning lady did her job, the general maintenance was quite basic. Lack of security: All the locks use the same key, which is unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend leaving personal belongings in the rooms. Attempt to cancel my reservation: After suggesting improvements to the breakfast and guest service, the owners tried to cancel my stay, which I find unacceptable and unprofessional. They didn’t want me to post this objective review, even though Booking.com sided with me. Constant noise: During my stay, the noise generated by other tenants was constant and disruptive, making it hard to rest until 2 a.m.

Very clean and excellent, good access, the family of the hostel manager Mr. Aram and his wife Lilia were very neat and clean and respectful and friendly, Lilia was diligent in keeping the hostel clean, all the facilities were available and a good breakfast was arranged on the table every morning, If I go to Armenia again, I will definitely choose this hostel It had many stairs and it was the last floor

The property owners and the staff are quite caring ! Excellent location! Nice kitchen! Nothing comes to my mind ! Oh yes, an elevator absence! 5th floor with luggage, if any, a bit strenuous ! I took rest in between floors!

Very helpfull owner. Quiet accommodation and clean

The staff was very kind and helpful. I had booked a bed in a mixed room but given that there were only men they kindly offered me an upgrade in a single room, which was very appreciated. Overall very clean and there is even a washing machine free of use.
