Great location to Cascade complex , to the SAS supermarket and restaurants, coffee shops and main streets . Also complimentary breakfast No elevator , so be aware if you have heavy suitcases but the front desc people were so helpful

Location was good , 5 min by taxi to center. Staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning 6-7 am to the hotel so we requested breakfast box to the room and they fulfilled our special request. Room was clean and they have changed out towel. Room is enough for 3 people for a short stay. Walls were really thin so it was a bit noisy. Could be some fresh vegetable offered for breakfast and some more fresh fruit.

The hotel is very cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. and I liked everything

Location About cleaning the room it was not done properly, there was no electricity for 2 - 3 hours also no water in wash room, they have no backup generators or any solution

Hotel location is quite good very close to metro station and easy to find. The room was clean and cosy and it got everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and they allow me to check in earlier which was very convenient. The suit door was not soundproof and I heard other guests on the hotel stairs all the times. It didn't bothered me much but I'd prefer a more silent room. I also didn't like the bathroom as it got very low water pressure sometimes and taking a shower in the morning was not a pleasant experience. The breakfasts were acceptable however not varied enough. Also if you got for breakfast in the last hour as I usually did you'll probably have everything cold.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet was nice, staff helpful and friendly. After showering the bathroom floor will be wet, as there is no door for the shower. This is just a minor thing though and results out of the way the shower was designed.

Located in a quiet backstreet, not so central but 15 min walking from the main attractions. Very spacious room. Staff helpful in changing a booking last minute and arranging an airport transfer. Small breakfast but with everything you need. Room cleaned every day during the stay. Difficult to get good sleep in a non-silent room. You can hear everything from the reception and other guests coming back in the night. Besides that, we were forced to unplug the mini fridge because it was too noisy and we had to remove the key card from the electricity slot during the night because the background noise from the electrical panel was unbearable. Water pressure in the shower not optimal. No lift in the building.

Loud fridge, which I turned off cause I didn't use it. In my room, at night, light from the stairs partially penetrated into the room because the protective film on the internal glass had peeled off. Strange electrical noise from the ceiling. For me, it was a little bit cold in the room.

Hotel has a good location, although in the yard between old buildings. It is in a very quiet area, protected from the traffic noise. It's close to the metro station and big SAS supermarket. Personnel is very kind an helpful. WiFi connection was very good. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very rich and delicious and was the best part of my stay there. The room that I booked was described as a Standard Double Room with Sofa (seating area), with 26 m2, so spacious enough for me. However, what I got was a very tiny room of around 18 m2, without sofa (seating area), so be careful in order not to be cheated. The towel I got was dirty, with the spots of shampoo on it. The sink was not cleaned well and almost clogged. The shower gel was very diluted, it was liquid almost as a water. Sound insulation within a hotel (doors, walls) is very bad, it was very noisy.

Very good breakfast. Excellent location.

No bathtubs, towels had something applied to them for fragrance. I would prefer, just clean towel without fragrance.
