The staff was really kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our staying: super warm and confortable twin room. Everything super clean. They helped us with the taxi from the airport and waited for us at 4 am. Many tours and transfers avaible. Thank you!

The location was good in the centre and the price was also good for the room There is no reception 24 hours. The place is close when I arrive at 8:00am (as I tried to leave my luggage early before check-in but it was possible).

Room was spacious, and clean. Good location. Shower/bathroom was great. Wifi available, and relatively strong. Nobody present to assist with check in and payment. Only staff member I could find didn't seem confident processing card payment, but did make us coffee while we waited.

I was there for long time , every thing was specially clean and sweet . the prices are good &. they will take care about everything to be so clean & work without any problem. the owner is a respectful and kind man .

The Personnel was extremely friendly and generous, we felt very welcome there, the rooms are nice and clean, the location is really central, for sure I would come back!!!

Well located a short walk from many of the attractions of the city, as well as plenty of restaurants. For being so central in a city of constant traffic, you can't hear a thing from the rooms. Very friendly staff as well.

It's within walking distance of most of Yerevan's central sights and it's a good deal compared to the prices of most places. It has a shared kitchen which can be convenient. Some rooms are in the basement and are a little dark. The rooms are very basic and could do with a few additional items. The bathroom is shared but it was kept clean. Check in was a little odd as I didn't know one needed to pay on the first night and given that I got there at 3 AM I didn't have any drams so I had to leave a deposit in euros which was returned to me two days later when I had enough money - a little odd. The location of the accommodation is in a back alley so it may be hard to find and staff spoke limited English and were away most of the time.

Really nice owners, clean room, no noise at all. The best place to stay for that budget! Everything was good.

The place was pretty clear and comfortable. Great balance of the cost and quality of service. The room I stayed in was very dark, that allowed me to relax and chill well It's better to ask for a towel in advance, as it's not provided by defolt and no personnel is present in the place during the day

The woman in charge was rude.

The location was so good and staffs was so helping even before I went their hotel,they helped me with gaving details about taxi price and location. They let me check out later because I was tired . Thank you Time hotel:)
