Supportive staffs, compensation for closed swimming pool Cleaning service every day, keeping our room comfortable and clean Location is convenient to travel around Yerevan Good price for the location and room condition Air conditioner is like a fan, it did not cool down the room that well. The swimming pool was closed which was a big disappointment to us. Communication at the reception did not feel that welcoming; a manager compensated the closed pool by upgrading our room which we were grateful with. But the explanation/communication was not that smooth. We misunderstood that we did not get any compensation at first and came back to the reception. We just asked a person there that the manager said a room upgrade but we've received the same room number, and the receptionist immediately retorted in annoyance "What room? What upgrade?" instead of listening what was the misunderstanding or explaining it. We've got the compensation for the closed pool, yes, however the communication she handled disappointed our experience from the beginning which you don't really want to experience or expect at a 4-star hotel. In the end, we realized the room was upgrade and were happy with the room but that communication did not give us a good impression about the service.

The location of the hotel was nice and accessible to the nearby Republic Square and Cascade. The room was quite big and spacious. The breakfast spread was nice.

good location & spacious room staff was not helpful at all (old lady not even trying to help us with a simple question we had). rooms are a bit run down, just like the entire hotel. definitely not a 4star, three stars at best, rather 2+.
