Excellent hotel in the city center, walking distance from every major sight. The staff is nice and helpful, the bed is comfortable, exceptionally clean. The a/c was a bit noisy but it wasn't a problem at all

Perfect location: 15-20 minutes walk to city center and Yerevan Cascade. Lots of cafes around to take a coffee or a small breakfast, one of them "Surf Coffee x Tumanyan" is on the ground floor of the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and tried to help us with all requests. We were travelling with a kid, so the hostess gave us a room with a sofa for extra sleeping place.

Location, comfort, hospitality No way to sleep with open window. Lower floors have problems with specific smell in the bathroom. Booking mentio free airport shuttle, unfortunately not available

The rooms were big and has all facilities as 5star hotel , very clean and comfy , great staffs and good value . Clean bathroom and good padding and pillow . espresso machine and kettle . Mini bar and speaker . Good air conditioning. Thanks the host . Reception can be heard from rooms , accessibility access (no elevator) but its only one floor and they help for taking luggage upstairs .
