Overall, I didn’t really enjoy my stay at this hotel. For example, my room had a fake window—just a frame that faced a wall—so it was completely windowless, which was a bit unsettling. Also, I didn’t like that the hotel staff initially didn’t know how to process the payment that was already secured through Booking.com. They kept asking me to pay again, in cash or with a physical card, even though the payment was guaranteed through the system. It was quite confusing. On the positive side, I can highlight the hotel’s location.

I didn't like the fact that there was no hotel sign on the building; it was located in a movie theater building, so there was the smell of popcorn and noise before and after the movie. It was also very inconvenient that there was no good access to the hotel; taxi drivers dropped off passengers in different places. It was one-way traffic and there were no stops.

This hotel is inside a historical building and at the most happening part of the city. The service was exceptional, and I would like to thank Mariam & Davith all the assistance. Also, they have the rent a car company at the front desk which is like a cherry on top. Also, they have water jet in the washroom for the WC which is exceptional making this property friendly for all the culture. Thank you, guys. I have nothing to dislike.

Very nice location, right in the city center. Great place for budgetary stay in the city center. Bed sheets, pillows all good, new. Bathroom facilities are as well good. Everything is comfortable For a budgetary stay in the city center all is great

The location is great and all around a lot of restaurants! I didn’t expect the room is so big, just love it ! A little bit annoyed because in the second floor is the theater, but it doesn’t matter, I slept so good ?! The staff is so nice and really friendly, helpful; the cleaning staff also did a great job ?!

I was really surprized that the hotel was inside of the Moscow Cinema! ? A clean room, a strong hot shower, good AC and a good quality for the price! ? You can get out your room and straightly visit the cinema for ur fav movies!
