Very nice staff, great location for my needs (near university), clean and comfortable There was this last hour before my checkout guy who was hammering the wall of the bathroom for one hour without even stopping for a while. The shower drain was not working properly.

Breakfast was poor (very little selection, not fresh, no decent coffee) and breakfast room was in the corridor. I had my breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Great staff and location, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to everything you’d want to see. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a very comfortable stay.

Good place to stay in Yerevan. This is a small hotel located in the city centre and close to everything. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The soundproofing in the hotel is poor, so I recommend using earplugs.

I would like to commend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality. The entire property was exceptionally clean, especially considering its very affordable and reasonable price. It’s truly a great place to stay, particularly for a solo traveler like me.?? A big thank you to the hotel management and staff for the warm welcome. Special thanks to Mr. Harold for always attending to my requests with great care and efficiency. Location: Ideally situated in the city center, just a short walk from tourist parks, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is within reach, making it a convenient and enjoyable stay? I noticed that the window door snapped when I tried to open it. The cold breeze from outside is coming in, but this is just a minor issue that needs repair. ?

I had a few minor incidents prior this trip and they had helped me make adjustments with my non refundable booking so i am very thankful that they have extended such understanding to my situation. It was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable room.
