The only great thing about the place is it's location. Nothing else from the reviews we read corresponds to the reality. Too shabby room interior (, starting from the cracking doors and leaking bath and on to the broken window opening handle, dirty carpet, dirty window and very cheap curtains too small for the window size. Wall papers aged 20+ years falling from the walls. Most unpleasant - the lady serving breakfast(. You feel as if you owe her your stay . Extra cup of coffee is treated as an unrealistic favour from her side, and not as you paid for it. No right to choose .we were served rice for breakfast. I don't eat rice and added for eggs. But no eggs and no choice at all, even the simplest one.

YOU MUST ACCEPT IT AND WAIT TO HOPE TO CHECK OUT ASAP. IT IS NOT WORTH EVEN STAYING FOR SOME HOURS! Everything was awful. POOR POOR ROOMS, POOR POOR HOSPITALITY! THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOTELING!

Disgusting place I recently stayed at Premium Hotel in Yerevan for 5 days and was deeply disappointed with my experience. Despite contacting the hotel beforehand to ensure the room would be clean, I received an unprofessional response to my inquiry. Upon arrival, the bed was clean, but I noticed ants on the floor and issues with the air conditioner. We requested room cleaning on the second day, but upon returning, we found the room in a terrible state: ants had increased, and there were dead spiders on the floor. The staff had only provided dirty towels. When I approached the night receptionist, who struggled with English, the situation was poorly handled. The manager’s response was even worse—she was disrespectful and unhelpful, suggesting that the cleanliness issues were somehow our fault. A staff member named Roberta was the only bright spot; she was kind and tried to assist, but was met with hostility from the manager. Eventually, we were offered a room change, but the manager insisted that the cleanliness issues would not be addressed and criticized me for my attitude, stating that she was doing us a favor. The breakfast was also subpar with poor portions and a lack of basic amenities. It was clear that the hotel had a preferential treatment for certain guests and displayed a concerning attitude towards others. The manager’s rude behavior and the overall poor quality of service make it clear that I cannot recommend this hotel. It was a highly disappointing experience.

Due to changes in the flight, I arrived early in the morning, but I was checked in at 9 am, although according to the rules they can only check in from 14:00. For which many thanks to the staff.

LOCATION IS GOOD. MOST OF HTE PLACES WE WANTED TO SEE CAN BE DONE BY WALKING. 5-15MINS YOU'LL SEE A LOT OF TOURIST ATTRACTIONS AND NOT TOO FAR FROM AIRPORT. 25MINS BY TAXI. THERE'S A PARTICULAR TIME FOR BREAKFAST WHICH IS UNEXPECTED COZ THEY SAID THE EARLIEST IS 9AM WHERE IN IT'S A LITTLE LATE FOR US BECASUE OF OUR TOUR BOOKED.
