Hotel & in the very center

Location is good. Good price, but very basic hostel. Rooms have no windows, the room is a bit dusty and I had an insect bite. We had to open the door to have a proper ventilation. Towels are not for free, the bathroom and shower room can improve more. The host are good, but the place is very basic. The location is great if you wish to be closer to Republic Square. Check the places you want to go if this is closer to where you want go if you wish to walk.

Those were not crucial for me and I had a good overall impression. Lockers had no keys. Bathroom facilities were not that clean for my preferences (maybe a temporary state), I couldn't and didn't have time to find utensils and plates/bowls; the day of my stay they weren't located in any of the usual/logical cabinets. Maybe a temporary thing as well - I stayed there on the night of the big event in the center.

This is a good economic accommodation in Yerevan at quite central location, quiet and safe. The room was small, but alright, and the bed comfortable, with a working table and chair, and warm (winter). The common wash area was good, with large sinks and good water supply, and the shower spacious, generous and good. Towels are extra. The bathroom was on the smaller side, with sometimes the lights fading. Toilet paper when depleted is always available in the bar area. The common kitchen and eating table are spacious, and there's free coffee/tea. There's also a piano and seating possibilities in the reception hall area. The manager was friendly and helpful. Wifi was very good. There are many restaurants, shops (incl. groceries), cafes, bars nearby, and the city center (Republic Square etc.) is just a 5 - 10 minute walk away, which is really advantageous - no bus, taxi etc. necessary. Entry to the place is straightforward with electronic code. Overall very good value for money for Yerevan, at central location. Another chair and/or shelf in the room would have been good. A few additional kitchen items/facilities would have also been utile.

This is a great location, truly in the middle of Yerevan. So great to start a trip in this wonderful town. The room was clean. The beds were way to short for my 1,97 meter length. Since it's some sort of bed made from a closet, there is no possibility to put my feet over the bed, as I can in other locations. The room is extremely noisy. You can hear people coughing in the other rooms, let alone somebody walking around in the main area. The staff is hard to find. The shower was clogged, so you had to shower with your feet covered in water and dirt. If you want something from the list of facilities, be ready to pay extra (e.g. hair dryer is 500 AMD/15 minutes, washing machine is 1000 AMD per load, towels are 1000 AMD, ....). What was included? bed, room, free wifi, 1 bed sheet (simple, single linen sheet), shared toilet & bathroom.

Location. Big room. Kind host. No soap in the toilet. No toilet paper. No kitchen supplies/coffee. Missing the very basic things you should have in a hostel. It’s not bad but superficial management

Shower so dirty I didn't want to go there on my last day. My dorm room was stinking which of course may not be hostels fault but some customers. Almost impossible to get in touch with in advance as nobody answers to mails. I had my bunk paid in advance, but due to some probably tech errors they didn't see it first and wanted me to pay douple time, but after all it turned out well.

Perfekt location, bed in dorm is good, hot shower, good sense of space in shared facilities, breakfast is not much, but you dont pay for a buffet. I like the relaxed atmosphere, friendly host. Russian is spoken, but was never an issue.
