Breakfast, location

We stayed here for a second time when we returned to Yerevan. It was just as good as the first time. A perfect 10!

Excellent location for exploring Yerevan. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The room was very quiet even though we were on a busy street. I would definitely stay here again.

We would also like to highlight the friendly and helpful reception staff. We arrived late at night and were checked in without any issues, everything went quickly.

The location of the hotel is also fantastic — perfect for exploring the city on foot and very convenient for getting around by public transport. I’m absolutely sure I’ll choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Location is very nice. Nice breakfast included. Room description mentions chocolates, I asked at night and morning receptionists, nobody had any clue, the night receptionist said he could not ask the manager because he is sleeping and the morning receptionist laugh at me. Feel a bit in a submarine, no windows in the room and no windows in the breakfast room. Toilet was difficult to flush, had to flush many times. TV not connected to network, all the menus in Armenian, could not figure out and didn’t want to bother the night receptionist.

The hotel was very well located, with many restaurants and food shops around, in walking distance to the main attractions. We had two rooms. Larger one was comfortable and spacy. The hotel is new and clean. Breakfeasts were terrible - no fresh bread, no mineral water, poor selection of mostly heavy food, like sassauges. It was a shame given great Armenian food. One of our rooms had no window, so it was claustrophobic. In the second room the bed for our son was too short for normal teenager. We had also problem with payment by credit card, which was quite stressful (we were not prepared to pay by cash).

The location of the hotel is great for sight seeing,shopping and dining in Yerevan.

We didn’t like that our room was in the basement. There was no real window, and it was very noisy when breakfast started. The staff office was also next to our room, so we woke up because of the noise. The breakfast was nice, but we really missed good coffee. Everything else was great!
