Bathroom abd shower could be much better for 4star hotel

Perfect stay with no surprises. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. What we noticed especially was a lot of attention has been given to even small things that we needed. Got a complimentary upgrade also as first time visitors, which was very nice.

Breakfast is good, location is very good I would recommend to have self making coffee machine, so the guests can choose and get instantly the type of coffee he likes

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The housekeeping standards were good, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the bathroom was clean, and the overall condition of the room met my expectations. The room was advertised as having a king-size bed, but in reality it consisted of two single beds pushed together. This created an uncomfortable gap in the middle, which affected the quality of sleep and made the bed less comfortable than expected. A proper king-size mattress would have provided a much better experience. The breakfast was another area that could be improved. The selection was quite limited, with only a few options available. There was a lack of variety, especially for guests staying multiple days, and the breakfast did not meet the expectations set by the overall standard of the hotel.

The super sweet and friendly staff, very professional. Inessa was such a sweetheart, and her other lady colleagues too (2 blonde and 2 brunettes) - sorry didn't get their names. I even wanted to have lunch and the kitchen was closed cause they were changing menus, so Inessa surprised me with a lunch pack on the house! How sweet is that ?

Staff were welcoming, very limited car parkings Bed was not comfortable. Zero sound proofing, our room was next to the elevator and you could hear everything when people come and go. A bit difficult to reach.

Good location It a remodeled building in a back alley. They pushed two single bed together and called it a large bed

Many thanks to the hotel staff! Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels in Yerevan, great quiet location in the city center, relatively cheap for a quality, nice staff Minor problem with a bidet shower: it's dripping lightly, if the faucet is not closed, although there is a button on douche itself, but it doesn't fully close the stream. But it's really minor, as there is a main faucet, that solves dripping

Friendly staff. Very good and convenient location.
-
It is clean and near to the center. The internet is so slow- and sometimes there's no internet at night.
-
Place and staff Not much to mention

I really liked Hotel Nova. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was reasonable and sufficient. I would also like to give a special thanks to the young lady at the reception who was very supportive and professional. Her name was Kristina — although I’m not completely sure if it was pronounced Kristina or Kuistina. Nothing

Lovely staff in reception - very welcoming. Great location near nice cafes/restaurants and near downtown tourist spots. Bit tired and dated- but good value for money. I had a room with an interconnecting room and you could hear everything.
