Comfortable and Relaxing The facility is excellent and peaceful. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The room is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff clean the room every day, ensuring it remains spotless throughout the stay. There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. If I could offer one suggestion for the future, it would be to provide the option of a thicker blanket or a comforter for guests who tend to feel cold.

The staff were polite and respectful, and the breakfast was good and the AC worked well. They had a safe room for our luggage after check out until our flight. Location was good too. The hotel felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one and was not worth the price we paid. On the first day, we found a used insulin pen in the trash bin. The elevator was very small, and our room was opposite the staff room, so we could hear conversations during the day when we wanted to relax. I requested a queen-size bed, but we received two single beds pushed together. The salt and pepper containers at breakfast were dirty, and water leaked from the shower area into the bathroom.

My room was quite spacious, with its own kitchen, work desk, and kitchen table, microwave, and kettle (and fridge) - so I really felt comfortable there. The room was also quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is nicely located, within walking distance to the Cascade and several museums. I liked the breakfast, too, maybe it's not the food that I eat everyday when home but it was diverse and I liked that there were different fresh fruit options available. Nothing, it's a good value for the price

Clean and extremely close to the city centre. It's very quiet area and the staff is friendly. In room 301, the AC had noise, which, of course, could not be fixed at night.

Exceptionally clean, well equipped for my needs, good breakfast and excellent location. A little noisy from the cleaning cupboard in the mornings.

Good location, quite easy to find, lots of shops and catering facilities nearby. The fact someone opened the door of my room and stepped in without any notice. It turned up another key was issued to another tenant by mistake and the person was thinking the room was unoccupied while I was in the room laying in bad after overnight flight. Quite unpleasant experience to see someone entering a room. When I complained to reception they blamed Booking for the double booking the room, which did not make any sence to me, Booking doesn’t issue the keys from the room. Anyway, no excuse no anything was offered. I was at least expecting some sort of payoff for the incident, like a free taxi to the airport, free breakfast or something of a minor nature, but nothing was offered as an excuse for the incident.

The room is huge and good, but most of the time, heating is off while the weather is cold outside. Also, the lady in the reception was too rude and not helpful at all. She should not be in the reception to deal with people's. We asked for water as no water bottles were available in the room, but they said, "You need to drink from the water tap," which is not accepted even if the water is drinkable.
