Location was very nice Only thing I didn't like was, I have booked two twing bads and mistakenly they gave me a 1 king size bed, but they quickly fixed their mistake.

The view from the room was amazing , it made me feel like I'm living in a French movie and the shower was great , we got to the hottel after a very long day and that shower hit all the right spots . Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating, also I would live to apologize to the receptionist that I was mean to on my arrival. Despite my attitude, he was extremely professional and friendly.

This is our third time using your hotel. When we checked in on March 31st, there were problems with the window in our room, but the staff quickly moved us to a better room category. Everything else is great as always.

That was awesome. The location is in the best part of the town . The atmosphere is amazing. Every things were extremely good. The staff are polite and nice. The room was quiet. The cleaning staff was very friendly . The room was clean .

Wonderful stay in a perfect location for Yerevan. Comfortable classy rooms and a neat spa area on bottom floor. Staff were all wonderful, especially Mari who was always at the front desk to offer us a pleasant hello with a smile and willing to help us with any of our questions. None!

Very loud slamming doors at the neighbors - you wake up all the time ( why not make quiet "door closers" ?) ( room 801 )

The only thing we did not like is the fact that the walls are very thin, and on the other night there was a group of men who were extremely load and therefore we were not able to have a proper sleep. This is something that the hotel staff should look out for and ensure that other guest and hotel staff respects the evening hours.
