Well - the location is very good, guy at the reception friendly, and there were no insects We stayed there just half night, so we've survived Be aware - I assess double room. Dingy room with no windows Private shower / toilet was there but floor looked dirty (maybe it was just very worn out) Place very noisy, people coming, going, all time Price for the quality is very poor, for 25% more we had a proper room in Yerevan

We booked a room with private bathroom, it was so small, not so clean and no ventilation.

The room smelled strongly from opening the door to leaving the place. I suppose it was the old hard sofa bed that acted as a double bed of the room. They tried to ventilate the air but didnt help. Sleeping a night in strong cigarette (?) smell was an awful experience. Also the room with walls of paper was next to reception and public area, but still somehow the noise from the yard was even louder. Earplugs are a must.

Excellent customer service, very clean toiilets and showers, and comfortable beds. There is a nice common room where you can eat or just hang out. Very nice towels as well.

We found the most friendly and helpful owner. We were fortunate to meet this amazing man, He helped us with everything we needed, and he is the first reason to revisit Yerevan The room was half under the ground.

Nothing!! This was the second and last time I chose this hostel. I stayed here two years ago and thought it would be like before. Unfortunately, the hostel was not as clean as it used to be. One of the staff members (SERKIS) was rude to the guests. He would even play loud music during rest hours, despite being a staff member himself. I do not recommend this hostel at all. Once again, I must say that SERKIS's behavior was obscene.
