On the first night there was very loud music until midnight, the electricity went out several times for a few seconds in the evening and the air conditioner suddenly started making noise at 3 am and woke us up.

Great central location. Awesome breakfast. Very helpful, kind staff. It’s kind of dated but well maintained. It has no character. I guess you’re paying for the location.

The property is well maintained and the rooms are great. The hotel was nice but the service was excellent. I particularly appreciated Samson’s help when I arrived.

The location is just perfect, safe, accessible and 5 mins walk to a supermarket, and 1 min walk to the republic square. Shout out to Mr. Potros who is working at the hotel, he was very helpful guy, I am grateful for his support. This hotel is a highly recommended place if you are coming to Yerevan specifically if you have a car , the parking space is big Nothing

Great location and friendly staff Property stated it had a refrigerator in the room, however , there is no refrigerator that can be used in the room. The refrigerator is actually a mini bar which cannot be used for a personal use. Anything you want to keep refrigerated, you have to ask the staff and they will keep it in a refrigerated area at the front desk.

The staff were very friendly, the location couldn’t be better—right in Republic Square—and the breakfast was delicious. The room had a large pillar in the center, which made moving around difficult and caused me to hurt my ankle. The keys and IT facilities were poorly managed—without keys, we had to rely on reception to operate the elevator and open doors. The phone didn’t work, and even the simplest needs required someone to go down to reception to make a request. Overall, it felt inconvenient, like staying in an old building where you have to walk everywhere for everything.

Room and staff was nice AC is not working saying that is winter but was no winter on the time I travel weather was hot and the breakfast not nice at all no more selections

Rooms were clean and modern. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, went above and beyond for us. Location was AMAZING. Literally bang in the centre of the city. A very well managed hotel. Prices in the bar were a little expensive (even for hotel prices).
