Perfectly situated, right near Republic Square and the Vernissage. An excellent value compared to other hotels in this neighborhood, which were either much higher priced or homestays. Staff were all welcoming, courteous and competent. Breakfast was very, very good, with some interesting Armenian specialties. Rooms a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. If you are booking within a year of this review, I suggest you request a room facing the street, as there is major construction going on behind the building. They don’t work at night, so this didn’t trouble me, but if you sleep late or nap during the day, it could be an issue.

The location was great, only a couple of minutes from the main square and a walking distance from many areas of interest. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. The breakfast was very good with many options. If I return to Yerevan, I would definitely stay in Europe Hotel again. Nothing I can think of.

Never a 4 star hotel. It’s between 2 and 3 stars Bathroom is awful. Very small. You basically take a shower in front of the wc. No minibar. Only 3 TV channels working

Only that is close to city center You can hear all the noise from outside. The windows are for nothing. Very bad soundproof. No tv channels, no minibar.

Location and Bfast are good! So much option for sausages which my husband loves a lot. Location is also great as it is near the tourist spots. Maybe to add a bidet next time to hotel rooms ;)

Convenient location, close to the Republic Square. Very good WiFi. Kind staff, good breakfast, good value for the money. The carpet needs to be replaced. It did not bother me personally, as I usually use my own devices on WiFi, but may be pointed out as an improvement advice, the TVs have only analogue channels, so no HD, and no multimedia features, like Google Chromecast, Apple TV or similar.

The are rash to take money, i booked my room and planed to pay at the property, however they charged my card before I arrived one day and bank charged me exchange rate however i asked them why they did that manager answered me that is normal practices, but if you look at the page of booking it clear no payment needs pay at the property

Staff very friendly, clean room, breakfast OK, 24 hours open reception, great location. If you want to sleep longer ask for the room with windows to the street, there is building construction on the other side, but with closed windows it is ok.

The property is in a great location . Hotel staff are very helpful. The bed is quite small. TV needs update. There is no space in the bathroom to place your personal effects.

They only make the bed but didn’t change beddings or towels for 5 days stay. Also, there are cockroach in the room, we saw twice.

Great location, just a small walk from main square dancing waters ? Vernissage market just around the corner from hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, variety of breakfast in total we enjoy our stay and definetely recommending it Could have a better luggage room with a lock door however they had a cameras all over so you felt safe
