Great location. Poor service. Suite pricing was inconsistent with local rates. Restaurant service was terrible.

Comfortable room, great location, delicious breakfast buffet, good restaurant and bar. Staff satisfactory, but Liana outstanding. No serious problems

The location of this hotel is excellent if you need to be in central Yerevan - it's just over a block from Republic Square. The breakfast buffet is very good. The only negative about this hotel is that it can be a bit loud if you have a room facing the street.

A lot to like about this hotel: - Location is perfect - literally around the corner from republic square, and the pedestrian district with all its bars, caffe's and restaurants. The open air market is directly in front of the hotel. The area is quiet and you don't get much traffic noise. - Rooms are tastefully decorated, modern, well equipped (bath robe, slippers, hair dryer, ironing board, etc..). Beds are super comfortable. - The hotel itself is a perfect mix of modern, and charming. Facilities are nice, and staff is very helpful and courteous. - Breakfast has a very broad array of choices, and is generally good, if not exceptional. Honestly, not much to gripe about: - The hotel charges you on site in the local currency. You end up paying significantly more than the rate you're expecting based on your booking. That said, the hotel is still reasonable value, but the lack of transparency is annoying. - The airport transfer car was not particularly nice, and didn't really reflect the class of the hotel. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but given the very high availability of excellent transport through local apps (YandexGo) it seems a bit of a miss by the hotel. As I said, these are fairly trivial issues, and in now way impacted how much I enjoyed my stay.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location is perfect and very convenient, the room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. The stay was smooth and met all my expectations.

Location, room size The hotel had no amenities. Their swimming pool was closed, and my room view was a construction site, A lot of polluted air came in the room when opening the balcony door.

The hotel delivers exactly what it promises- a clean, comfortable place to stay with a central location in the city (right next to the Vernissage.) Check in/out was a breeze (they allow luggage storage if you arrive before check-in time), and the breakfast was great. Definitely not the cheapest option in town, but it will deliver everything you need and expect, with some cool cultural elements.

Great location, enjoyable breakfast, and a unique experience The bed was not very comfortable, the towels seemed a little worn, and the AC was not quite strong enough for the summer heat

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The cleaning staff is top notch. I could leave my room late, flip the card on the door over from "do not disturb" to "cleaning requested" and the maid service would be in there instantly to make the bed and leave fresh towels. Very professional. The night desk clerk at the hotel was very helpful. This is not a hotel where you should stay if you want a friendly greeting, or a smile, or even any interest in making your stay welcoming. Generally, the front desk staff was cold to the point of being unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet was so-so, with few options. One morning, the restaurant staff seemed unwilling to restock coffee cups and juice glasses when both were out for a noticeable length of time. I had to use a cereal bowl for my morning coffee, since, at that hour, with a huge time zone shift from home, waiting for coffee cups was not an option.

Location, excellent facilities, excellent breakfast.
