breakfast was good

We like the breakfast especially the salad bar. We also like the sweet cake with honey comb. However we want more tradition food as khinkali. The pool is not for the young kids.

The location and helpful staff It’s old, like very old hotel, it needs a genuine renovation. The AC was not working properly, it was pretty hot in inside the room. The staff tried their best to help me with 2 fans.

It was a little too corporate for me, but it’s a nice clean hotel. It was like staying at a Sheraton. My day was pleasant, no surprises. You won’t be disappointed.

Very well located in the Yerevan city center, walkable distance to all attractions. Staff is nice and kind. Swimming pool and sauna ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Buffet breakfast with many options.rooms are spacious The decorations and style is not the most fancy and modern.

Everything was great. It is centrally located. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a Hyur Tours desk where you can book tours around Armenia. Perhaps additional coffee machines could be considered to ease the congestion of guests waiting to get coffee.

Staff are very kind and helpfull we enjoyed our stay

The staff overall were polite and professional. The room service staff were especially kind, friendly, and very helpful. The noise from outside was extremely disturbing and made it very difficult to rest. We had specifically requested a room on a higher floor with a nice view, but upon arrival, the reception staff, without any effort and with an unfriendly attitude, told us that no other rooms were available and assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. Additionally, several rooms near ours were occupied by teenagers who were constantly moving around in the hallway, creating noise. When we reported this issue to the reception, we were told that nothing could be done. They even mentioned that if guests make noise inside their rooms, it is not their responsibility — which is quite unacceptable, as this is a common issue in hotels and should be properly managed.

Nothing My stay at this hotel in Yerevan was very disappointing. The cleaning staff was extremely unprofessional — one of them even yelled at me, which is completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned for several days. When they finally came, they only removed the trash and left some water, but the room itself was never actually cleaned. The hygiene standards were very poor. On top of that, there was no respect for privacy. One time, staff knocked on the door and then immediately opened it without waiting for a response, while I was still getting dressed. This is a serious violation of basic hotel etiquette. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all due to the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for guests.

It was a good hotel, especially the regular daily cleaning and prompt and timely arrival after a phone call and a request from inside the room. Breakfast wasn’t about other things
