Very friendly and helpful staff

There is nothing around, so if you are here for a transfer - great place, but if you want to see the city as well better to choose something closer.

Don’t like it at all …. At arrival at the desk we were told there is a problem with the bed. Then, told us no room available. After showing unhappiness they gave us the manager on the phone, she said the hotel has sewer problems. She moved us to a lousy hotel at the other side of the city. Bad experience for us. I strongly believe they sold our room, since it was an event in the city that night ?

The staff are very friendly and I stayed there for two months and they soon became my family. They are amazing people who will go above and beyond to make you happy. I am thankful to have met them and have them in my life! Amazing room, breakfast, and everything is near by

When I checked in, the reception gave me the wrong room, even though I provided my passport and all the correct information. They confused me with another guest and placed me in the wrong room for about two hours. Later, they called me back to the reception desk and admitted their mistake. They told me that if I wanted to stay in that room—and since I had checked in earlier—I would need to pay an additional 5000 AMD. I accepted and paid that amount. However, after returning to the U.S., I discovered that they had also charged me for another room in the amount of 82,000 AMD, which I never booked or stayed in. This is unacceptable and reflects poor management and irresponsibility on the hotel’s part. I am currently waiting for their response and expect a full refund for the extra charges. I do not recommend this hotel due to their lack of accountability. Nothing

It was clean The reception was very rude and had a bad attitude. They also charged a much higher amount than the rate stated in the reservation without any justification.

location was convenient to where I needed to be. but you should know that it is right on the motorway and not exactly scenic. - staff spoke little to no English - a group of people were shouting and partying in the corridor outside my room at 1AM. they were surprised that I would object to that and front desk staff did nothing to stop them.

Everything: the communication, I have got answers very quiqly tomy request. Thanks for organised transfer to and from the airport. The person by the reception desk was very nice and helpful, the man who has took my baggage and leading me to my room also was nice. In the morning the kitchen personals woke-up earliertomake a breakfat for me. It was really very nice to stay in your hotel, I will recommending it to everybody. Thank you very much for your service! Nothing.

Very new, comfortable and clean. Room was big and with a good bed. Very close to the airport - perfect for a very early flight! Not totally the hotel’s fault - but at 2am some guests arrived and were very very noisy, chatting and laughing in the hallways for quite a bit. The hotel staff could have called their attention to the fact that there were other guests trying to sleep.

The room is very spacious, super clean. The beds are super comfortable. The stuff is welcoming and polite. Higg standards are maintained. Breakfast could be slightly better.
