The suite was lovely, jacuzzi in the room was great, receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Hotel has a swimming pool which was also very nice and sauna. For the price we paid, it was a good value! Breakfast was not worth 11e we paid, we ordered one thing and received something different, so the restaurant in general was not the best. Better take a taxi (cheapest is application Yandex Go) to the city centre to Caucasus tavern and eat there for much better price and food diversity. Also, the tv should be replaced for a smart tv.

There is no Smart TV ,it is 2026 now ,but you can't just play music in YouTube ,

I like this place. Each visit I stay here. Old,, but still alive 5* stars hotel, clean, extremely friendly.

Youtube was not working because of bad Internet ,other all was FINE !

I didn’t like the service of bar near the pool. We want to order drinks from the pool bar, but they denied and ask to go out of the pool, go to another bar, pay and come back again. May some waiter come and take the order, but no. Besides the temperature of PC was cold.

Clean, big, light rooms with a high cells. Everyday clean service, hospitable receptionists, tasty restaurant (normal prices) enjoyable pool and spa services. We like everything about property itself, the only thing was the distance from city center.

I noticed a couple of maintenance issues in the room that need attention. The shower drain seems to be clogged, as water doesn't drain properly. Additionally, the jacuzzi is leaking, which is a bit concerning

This hotel is far from the city, but on the bright side, the taxi fares are cheap. Also, when we visited, the city was full of flies, which were really bothersome. I believe the windows definitely need some kind of protection.
