Ivy Boutique Hotel Yerevan

I have stayed there for 5 days, that was one of the best properties in Armenia. Their staff was very nice and friendly, she name is RUZANE, she is very nice, kind and she helps me alot.

The view is good Then dont clean if you dont tell them they dont put tissues in the toilet even in the room

The hotel facilities were not very good. The hotel Wi-Fi had issues and kept disconnecting. The floor was dirty. The bathroom and toilet were broken. hotel breakfast had poor quality. The shower inside the bathroom in my room was also broken. Overall, it was not what I expected. I’m dissatisfied with the amount I paid for this hotel. I hope Booking.com will refund part of my money, because this was definitely not the hotel I was expecting.

I recently stayed at Ivy Boutique Hotel from July 8 to July 18, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Several issues significantly affected the quality of my stay: The hotel Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting. The floors were dirty. Both the bathroom and the toilet were broken. The quality of the hotel breakfast was very poor. The shower inside the bathroom in my room was also broken. Overall, the facilities and conditions did not match the standards promised at the time of booking. I am quite dissatisfied with the amount I paid for this stay, as the experience was not worth the price. I kindly request that you consider issuing a partial refund for this booking. This hotel was not what I expected based on the listing, and I believe a refund is fair under these circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The hotel is nice but it was a struggle to find on yandex whenever im booking a ride to the hotel as it was not available. The breakfast is a little late considering some people may need to go early. While they can give you a breakfast which is not decent. The wifi is not working which is a real struggle. The location also is a little far as i was not able to locate in yandex I decided to just walk and it was over 35 minutes walk from the city center.

The accommodation is a five-minute drive from the center, and walking is also nearby. The room is clean and has everything you need. If we needed something, we contacted the owners, and they helped us and solved everything. View of the beautiful sunset from the window. The pool was good too. We stayed in the summer and spring, the room has air conditioning, it warms and cools. It was still cool in the spring, but they gave us a heater. Very pleasant hosts, delicious breakfasts in the morning, thank you!

1. The hostess on the property is the best!) 2. Room was spacious and the view was good 1. Room was way colder than comfortable despite constant AC work 2. Jakuzi is mostly broken: - very long to make warm water to flow - an eternity to fill it - jets that work only have on/off control - 1 of 2 headrests broken - water somehow leaks on the floor 3. not enough light in he room - not completely dark, but a bit murky 4. breakfast was cooked manually, quickly and nicely! But.. the products that were used were sub-par. The hostess cannot make ingredients better than what hotel owner/manager procures

The hosts were very nice and the room was nice and clean. Good area for Yerevan. Breakfast options could have been a bit healthier with plain yogurt, fruit or some salad.
